  Joind this professional rehab facility in 2021, after my first knee replacement surgery. Ms Vina worked wonders with me, and still working after a Tendon repair surgery 5 months ago. Tailored a program to suit the targets I like to achieve. Happy to say that today I managed to complete my 1st horse race over 40 km with ease. Thank you for your excellent work 🌹

  1. This clinic has a policy that says if you’re late or don’t make it to an appointment, then they will charge you for it or charge the insurance for it. This in itself is illegal!
  2. I am a very punctual person and was on time for all my appointments, including on the day of the incident I will now describe.
  3. I arrived at the clinic early and waited at the reception, while the therapist, Daniela, was with another client. The appointment time passed and I asked the receptionist to follow up with Daniela as my husband was very sick at home and I wanted to know that if she is delayed any further, then I’ll reschedule. The phone went unanswered 3 times until she finally responded and said she needs another 10 minutes, at which point I said I was leaving.
  4. Daniela texts me about 15 minutes later saying that that was impolite of me and that I should have had the courtesy of waiting for her!!!!!! After I told her why I left, she didn’t even apologize and instead, she was blaming me for leaving. She ended it with saying that she was looking forward to seeing me!!!!
  5. I blocked her and then asked the clinic why they shared my number with her and they said she got it from her database. I also told them what happened and they said that their director would speak to me and no one even bothered.
  
  This is so unprofessional in a city like Dubai and I am completely gobsmacked!
  
  If you go to this clinic, make sure your guards are always up!

  Daniela is amazing. She has really helped me with my sciatica and is very considerate and excellent at what she does.

  The center is well organized and friendly. I have been going for 8 years and I have had a good experience. My favorite therapist is Jumana. She is very concerned about my condition and takes extra time and effort to read about how she can address my needs. She is excellent in her work and very committed to her patients.

  I am so happy to have finally found a physiotherapist who actually understands and has training in dealing with patients that have lipedema. Tanja is very knowledgeable in what she does and gave me great advice on how to manage this disease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to do MLD therapy and compression decongestive therapy.
