Seeing a Dentist is like a nightmare for me before.. I take good care of my teeth for the past 25 yrs.. but as you grow old, you will eventually learn that having a consultation with a Dentist is really a must. I'm thankful that the first Dental Clinic that I've visit is German Dental Oasis, as they really take good care of their patient. My first ever teeth cleaning happened here!

We had a very good experience in this clinic. My kids adore dr. Susann she is very patient and funny with them so they are not afraid of dentists anymore. All the employees are nice and with happy faces.

Decided to visit this clinic yesterday from a friend's referral.. And I could definitely say that you get what you pay for. The ambiance was welcoming and staff were accommodating, especially their General Manager. I met Dr. Bortnik Agnieska, and I could say from experience that she's one of the best dentist out there, the experience was great and I really love how they made the treatment plan for me! Thank you guys for your service! Keep it up!

Visited this clinic on numerous occasions and my treatment has included root canal and replacement of a new crown. Every visit has been made as pain free as possible with great care and such lovely manners, no matter what time and how busy the doctor was – an absolute credit. The dentist’s patient skills as well as dentistry skills were above any scale that I could give.

German Dental Oasis did a great job for me.
The dentist was accommodating with scheduling especially on my case whose constantly traveling.
I like that the doctor put extra effort to make me comfortable and meticulous in her efforts to do the job properly.
I had several procedures done satisfactorily and I hope to return here some day for more dental work.response / report this review -

I had a routine cleaning , filling and mouth-guard done and the process has never been as smooth From the reminder the day before the appointment to the diagnosis to explaining the procedures step by step and finally taking time to answer questions with the biggest of smiles they have taken the entire dental experience to a new level.Thank you German Dental Oasis team, I appreciate it 🙂

Legal Case Started - You better stay away from this practice.
Unprofessional with frequently changing doctors coming in and out to make a fast dollar. Had two root canal treatments done. While this is usually a multi-session treatment, where the teeth do get isolated and protected to avoid infection, both treatments where completed within less then 30 minutes without any proper preparation. Result was that I gathered chronically infections and nearly lost that teeth. Procedure had to be re-done over 6 sessions including replacement of cheap crowns they had used costing me more than 20,000AED. Going back to claim for compensation having evidence of proof by XRay, that the work conducted was beyond nonprofessional, response I got was that the work was too long in the past outside warranty as this would be a machine - what a poor response. I tried several attempts for amicable resolution including face to face meetings wanting only the out of pocket amount to be paid, but meanwhile I receive only ignorance. I have started legal proceedings now and will claim for a larger amount including suffer and pain. Will keep this forum updated how this goesso in summary, stay far far away from this practice.response / report this review -
