No street signs or indications of the facility. Not enough parking space to accommodate the huge amount of visitors. People working at the first tent - security check point should've undergone an intense training on professionalism in a work environment. Many were busy on their phones or chatting with each other rather than helping the customers. Some should be suspended without pay. Would recommend bringing water & having a decent meal before going in. You should expect to be there waiting in the queue for 2-3 hours. As there are no personnel to organise the flow of the queue. There are however very few people who come and go. Most of whom aren't educated on the services offered and they tend to ignore your questions or give you false information so that you would sit back down. Some personnel were enforcing rules such as banning phone usage.There should be signs to indicate so if such rule did exist. Rather than sending you to the end of the queue because you've been sitting there for hours and checked your phone.
