As I feel the service is disgraceful, mendacious, unhelpful and pharisaic. Not sure what else I can conclude when it can be acceptable and allowed that a foreigner and a guest can be neglected, robbed, attacked, humiliated, publicly defamed, tortured and abused by their staff - whilst the officials of this institution seem to look away and stand by loitering! This stands in sharp contrast to the Human Rights conventions that I am aware of. It is despicable that dignity has finally become touchable!
