Located in a prime place. Parking is an issue as most of the time parking near by is full. Food is decent and I would recommend this place for family dining. Those who use public transport, no worries to reach this place. You get taxis in few minutes as this is located in a main road of Al Nahda area.

food village restaurant is the best place to spend time with a bengali food. Tried some sugested food all all were awesome. The shorshe llish, the rui kalia, bhuna khichuri, fried pomfret and the beef/mutton curry was great. The ambience is good aswell the staff.

Prior to visit this restaurant I did not have any experience of the taste of Kacchi Biriyani.
So, I cannot comment on this dish; however if I have given a chance to compare with Calcutta Biryani then this Biriyani is no where in the race.
Calcutta Biriyani is beyond compare to any kind of Biriyani in the universe been cooked ever.
I liked the Patishapta pitha today; it's awesome & brought my childhood back.
Indeed this restaurant is a place to be.
Ambience is good, service is very prompt with smile.
