Fantastic customer service, the time & attention we received was impressive, have been to a number of furniture shops in the Dubai area today, these guys are way ahead of the rest when it comes to quality & customer attention.

The worst experience ever. I purposely post this review to bring the owner's attention to the way his business is being handled. I went to buy 24 chairs from there and after choosing the models that I liked, I asked the sales manager to send me the quote over the email. He advised to ignore the price tags when noticed I was checking and promised to give with special rate for bulk order. After 4 days and many times reminders, he send me the quote!!! For each chair that was priced 1400 AED in the showroom, he quoted 1900 AED x 24!!! I thought he did mistake while typing and wrote 1900 instead of 900! But turns out NO! He was actually serious. The price after discount here goes up, not down.
