The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the class and the instructor Gabriella was really amazing ! She was very attentative and motivating.

My favorite gym in Dubai . All the classes are amazing, and also all the teachers , especially Gabriella, she’s always full of good energy and motivation. Time is flying when you enter in this place 🥰! It is really clean and always sanitize before and after a class.

Great place with friendly staff and professional instructors. Very good workout classes! Besides, there is RTA street parking right in front of the studio, and usually spots available in the weekend.

Great studio. My fav are the barre/ Pilates hybrid classes. Enjoy the workout and don’t feel the time passing, feel the burn in the right places during and afterwards, and like that the instructor Ivana walks around correcting posture. Instructors in general are alright here and staff is helpful and friendly. Matt and Ivana are great.

Nice staff and nice facilities. I’ve tried both of the Explore and Explode classes. They were great. Challenging yet fun. Good location and love the free underground parking.
