1 star is too much for the worst gym in AD , old smelly equipment s, Bars and dumbbells being corroded , toilets dirty and smell very bad , towels with stains of blood and poops ,the staff not friendly and ,trainers don't help new members , if you ask for help they ask for 2000dhs/month for personal training , they treat you like sh**t after you pay year membership. no refund policy ,you can freeze membership only , they have good trainer on morning time forget his name "Philippine nationality" , the rest of staff very bad with members , honest review , try 1 day free first before giving them your money #advice .

It's good at morning timings .. and afternoon however after 5 p.m gets very very very crowded .. equipment wise .. has everything and most importantly a squat rack ..prett high quality machines and very good trainers ..

Good price ! Machines and equipent quite old but you can still do your job with them. Really good schedule fits in for most people .
But stillsome machines could be improved or replaced.

Best cost-to-value gym in this area, the gym is always clean, not smelly, great music always and they have great and many equipments around that are not worn out.

Selection of weights is variable and always available.

I think they need a 2nd cable machine cause it's always busy especially if you need two.

One gripe is the coaches won't help you on their own if they see you doing something wrong unless you're tipping then they'll take good care of you.

The sauna is almost available everyday and you are free to use it, it's not always cleaned though.

All in all if you just want a place to work out with good equipments and not be bothered this is the place.

Good gym with good trainers. This place has a sauna and a dedicated ladies area. The prices are quite high but it's not too expensive. It's opens early and closes late.
