Very quite place not yet fully inhabitated, the view of the lagoon would be ideal if you chose the villa on the last row facing northwest.

May be the best place to have a villa in Ajman. Right at the edge of beach, though there are no restaurants nearby but still an ideal place due to its location and also easy access to main road. I didnt see any play ground for kids though. Over all i would say 4 out of 5 points.
