Couldn’t recommend Carpet Centre and especially their free home trial enough. They bring a selection of carpets of your choice straight to your home so you can view alongside your furniture and make an easy decision of which rug suits and what doesn’t - something that’s difficult to accomplish in a showroom.
Staff were at my home promptly at the arranged time and initial booking was followed up immediately after submitting my request. I look forward to using their services in the future!response / report this review -

Excellent service. The website allows you to upload a photo of your room and match carpets with the space. The colours and sizes are super accurate. They also have a free home trial where you can pick up to 4 carpets and have them showcased in your home to decide. They arrived on time, and were very professional. Mr Yasir was very nice and got everything done swiftly. Highly recommended.

I was impressed by communication of the Carpet Center staff, from the moment I booked free trial of the carpet, they communicated and confirmed appointment in couple of hours. They were not cancelling. They showed up exactly on time as they said. The staff who brought carpet are very polite and pleasant,especially Mr.Yasir. They placed carpet and organised payment without any complications. Even though it was just trial,they anyway had with them device for card payment. I found it very customer friendly when I mentioned that I prefer to pay with Tabby into instalments, that wasn’t any hustle for them and they straight away assisted me with this option for payment, I was impressed!! Staff has very good knowledge of the products ! This is the first hustle-free shopping since I’ve moved to Dubai 7 years ago and I am still impressed. The quality of the carpet is good, it is soft, doesn’t have odd smell, and the edges all around carpet are neatly sewed. Absolutely amazing service!!! Keep great job!

It’s really the best service and availability of carpets in all of Dubai! There is a great opportunity to order several carpets to choose the best! The delivery guys are very professional and polite, they will give you the best recommendations and help you lay the carpet and move all the furniture! Highly recommend!

A very disapointing and unprofessional way to communicate with customers, weirdest part is to have such an experience with the showroom supervisor!!! Although you seem to have nice items, but your showroom is never to be visited again

If you ever need a carpet place - then look no further! These guys are simply great. The team are so friendly and welcoming. They will guide you through their range with expertise. Then they will encourage you to select multiple carpets which you can then ask them to bring to your home for house trials. After that, you can choose which carpets you want to keep and pay on the spot! Here are some projects that I furnished with these guys. As an interior designer, I need a trusted place that I can keep going back to for every project!
