The worst maintenance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had jobs outstanding since January that I have chased weekly.

My children’s air conditioning has not been working for a week. I have had appointments which were not honoured without a call of explanation. I have had to teams Spend 2 hours each without repairing the ac units.

I observed Workmen standing on my kitchen work surfaces today where I prepare food Instead of using the ladders they have with them. Workmen taking their masks off and quickly putting them on when they see me.

Workmanship is meant to be included in my package and I pay for parts. Which is the biggest scam as they they use every excuse under the sun to justify why it’s does not in this instance.

Final demand Invoices sent to me that are not mine which when I query then say oh just ignore that one.

Overall signing up to this maintenance contract is the biggest waste of money.

Have been using Fixperts for over 3 years now. They go about things quietly and efficiently. I feel they can be trusted and are good value. Though I am based abroad and take the contract for my tenants in the villa, I have found communication with them very easy and seamless.

We have been using Fixperts for the past 2 years for our annual maintenance in our house and have been so far extremely happy. They are very organized and follow up on quarterly basis to do the required preventive maintenance such as plumbing, AC and electrical works. Furthermore we did use them for house renovations changing all the tiles in our upper floor as well as for a bathroom renovation. Their quality of work is extremely good and their teams very responsive on feedback. Overall I can highly recommend them.

The Fixperts Team has always been very prompt to attend to my calls all these years that I have been with them. Be it to attend to Planned Maintenance or emergency call out they are always on time and fast to respond. Quotes and work done promptly and professionally. My tenants are happy with the service as well. I am happy to renew my contract with them.

We moved into a very nice apartment but was soon disappointed to discover bad sewer smell inside the apt that comes n goes. The apt maintenance folks couldn’t identify the cause as it was very tricky to locate. All thanks to Vipin from fixperts. He identified the problem to be one of the branches of a y plumbing vent from the apartment on top left open. He had his team closed the vent even though access to the point was very difficult.
Thank you fixperts! Highly recommend them.

I have used Fixperts for the past one year - in general i have found them to be very professional in service delivery. They send qualified personnel who know what is expected of them and are professional in their approach. I would recommend Fixperts for those who are looking for reliability.

APPALLING I do not actually feel that they merit 1 star! Having paid a year in advance for a pool maintenance contract, I have never had such a green slimy pool! Meant to clean x 3 a week but usually only attend x 2. They only check the chlorine level and then leave! All complaints are brushed off or they try to blame something else ie nothing improves or changes! MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY'S POOL CLEANING SERVICE!

i had a bath tub installation and their technician came and said that tiles need to be removed and promised to send a quotation. 2 days passed and no quotation was sent add to that another maintenance service did the job without removing a single tile..Fixpert were very dishonest and offered to do an un-necessary job just to hike the price up..AVOID

Dear Fixperts,
I was satisfied on your last intervention done.
Problem: AC thermostat in living room to be replaced.

I firstly contacted Mplus:
1. I called on May 15th and booked an emergent callout on May 16th,
2. Mplus technician made the intervention on May 16th and he made a temporary solution to keep AC working. He told me that he would send me the quotation for a new thermostat and also the work for ceiling cutting which was mandatory for rewiring. Total would cost some 1,000 AED (up to here it was fine);
3. Up to today (may 30th), I have received nothing from your side, no call, no email, no quotation. In the system, it still shows that I should pay for the emergent callout 200AED.

Just to compare, I then contacted Fixpert:
1. I called Fixperts on May 21st, they booked the appointment for the next day and they didn't charge me for the first intervention. They just told me clearly that they would bring the new thermostat and if it could be done in the first shot, it costed 450 AED (more reasonable price, right?);
2. They came the next day and checked and they said the ceiling must be cut for rewiring. They told me that the coordinator would call me for the following. 2 hours later, I received the call and I was informed about the exact quotation for ceiling cutting. I asked if I could do it by myself and he told me fine and let me call him back once the ceiling cutting was done;
3. One week after, I informed them the cutting was done and booked the appointment for the next day. They came and replaced the thermostat. I paid 450 AED.
4. Then I found that the high speed didn't work and I called them back. They booked one technician before 17:30 of the same day and he came and fixed the wiring, no additional charge.

So far, I have seen that you were quick on response and professional in solving problems. I recommend you to other people and may come back to you for more jobs. I wish you can continue like this.
