  Barely any women workout there. The trainers are more into fitness than bodybuilding. Look for Usman at customer service for discounts.

  comparing to the space and equipment , I find it very expensive ..
  I'm not a member but I had a visit once . even no swimming pool and it costs around 700 monthly !!!
  if you include the public sessions that increases the membership price, not everybody interested to join these sessions , so why its very high price ?

  Ive been a member over 2 years, no doubt the best Gym around in terms of facilities{mind no swimming pool},location, healthy & safe environment, friendly staff(Sonia, Sabri, Pedro, Carlos,indeed all are),however,Ihave some suggestions:
  -need a fresh air ducts, especially on the peak time,
  -morning session needs meditation music, no drums at early morning..
  - ventilation at toilets and bath areas needs attention
  -special program to encourage school students to join, through communication directly with school management by sponsoring some events, sending representative or conducting special sport sessions

  many equipments , not crowded , poor class verity , my zone ( Hart rate monitor ) some time it will fail to work in some parts of the gym .

  Worse gym ever. Bad management with unskillful manager and staff. I would suggest local brands instead of this one.

  Doesn't meet the international standards, Simply not worth your money, small gyms around have better friendly environment comparing to this one. Stuff not educated and not aware of UAE culture.
