Very crowded and a long line at the reception because visitors have to get an access bracelet which is needed to enter and pass various sections of their huge facility. Although it was a busy Friday morning there was only one receptionist for people who wanted to check in and check out. She seemed stressed and her friendliness was very limited. The HIIT class I visited was only with body weight, and it was somewhat boring although the exercises were exhausting. FitRepublik offers various classes and has a nice facility, I am not planning to go there again because of my pretty negative experience.

They have charged me twice for my first payment as a new member that's a lot of money! I have sent proof of screen shots of my bank app that clearly identifies the overcharge which is what they advised. Now they are asking for a full bank statement without even checking their records! Why would I hand over a highly confidential document when they won't even check their records? Now my 'ticket has been closed' without a response to my reasonable request that they check their records & are no longer replying to my messages. To me this is not a good sign that I am a valued new customer nor that they have taken 808.50 AED that is not theirs!!!

Only criticism is that its a bit of a posers gymbut to be honest I am use to old school hard core gyms and I think that most if not all gyms now are full of posers!!! Keep up the great work Fit republic..

Excellent fitness center located in Sports city.
You can enroll your kids or yourself to most of the sport you like. Tennis, football, gymnastics, athletics, swimming, dancing, yoga and more.

Good location for people living in Sports city, Motor city area.

In my expierence this place is good to take your money. Careful they promise you that clases are accessible, yet it is a clear lie and they know it. They are weeks overbooked. In the past they had good coaches and instructors, cutting costs and increase profits, left a battle field. Simply poor management. When you ask to talk to someone. silence

I my opinion stay away and look for better customer centric places.

I had the most sad experiences with the swimming program at fitRepublik, the instructor is the must rud and disrespectful person, the only thing they know how to do there is to take your money and leave you with on unprofessional instructor. He leave my daughter with fear of water and swimming pool that hurts my feelings.before you leave your child to any instructor be sure of him or her because you don't want to leave your child with unprofessional and irresponsible instructors

We had an extremely negative experience with the swimming program at FitRepublik. We found the instructor's approach to be unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. In the end, the only outcomes achieved by the FitRepublik swimming staff were to take our money and leave our daughter with a fear of water and swimming pools! Be wary of the lovely facilities, and take care to review the quality of the staff prior to committing to any programs at this location. Also, DO NOT leave your children unattended here.

This is the best gym I've been a member of in Dubai so far. Extensive facilities, diverse classes with passionate instructors. Personal Training is slightly more expensive than other gyms but worth it.

Fit Republik has great facilities and great coaches, many of home are International/Olympic standard athletes. They are not the cheapest around but when you look at the standard of service they provide they are good value. Through their coaching I was able to compete at the World masters Swimming Championships in Budapest. I couldn't have reached this level of competition without their guidance.

Extremely unprofessional, they did the assessment for my child and said she should be in Toddlers then after one week they called and said her level is learn to swim but I should pay AED 600 more! not to mention that I did not receive any communication from them for a month to confirm the classes and the security level for children is close to zero.

I went there to give it a try since its really close to where I live. I was happy they gave me a 1 day pass over the phone but as soon as I reached, I noticed how unfriendly the reception is. Nobody was smiling or interested to assist a new customer. They didn't even bother to tell me what facilities they have or what they offer. They just gave me a wrist band to enter the gym and that's it! Nobody bothered showing me around or explain anything! Even on the gym, no staff bothered assisting me at all. It was a great place, good equipment too. However staff are unfriendly and quite rude to be honest. What a shame! Would have been a great place minus the pathetic staff.

The best gym I've been to, a huge variety of equipments to use, tackling every muscle in your body, and several of the machines. This gym has an Olympic size pool! Mixed Martial Arts as well as gymnastics. By far the best.

As many reviews highlight over here the major negative aspect of this place is their incompetent and unwelcoming staff (from Receptionist to the so called “coaches”). Definitely a “no go” place to enroll your kids, staff has pathetic attitude towards kids. Such a shame that this sort of a place with good infrastructure is run by an incompetent bunch.

What an amazing facility. The gym is one of the best equip I have ever seen. Music is well balanced and not to loud. Not that this matters if you are locked in your own zone with headphones. Food places are also good with hi speed wifi.

Best gym in dubai. Great trainers expecially the yoga section. Well maintained and organized. Just 2 glitches on my side:
(A) Locker room too small and without sauna. (B) It's still too pricey ;-)
