Not sure why everyone I asked for advise voted this as an option. But food was normal. Nothing special. Extremely over priced. Won't be going again.

Nice free app of fried hammour, wonderful selection of seafood and veggies. Make sure to ask for local water if you don’t need to pay a lot for designer water.

Still serving great quality foodYou get to pick and choose your seafood from the great display . Select your cooking method as well as the sauce. There is a great choice of vegetables. If youre not sure , the staff are very knowlegable and helpful, but be careful when ordering as the bill can bite at the end :-)

Amazing food, exceptional Service
Yesterday my girlfriend and I checked in at the Intercontinental and went straight for a tour around the restaurants, while all looked great we couldn't finished it and had dinner at the fish market. At first we just wanted to have starters but the team convinced us with a grandparentslike and honest friendliness for the better. We had kingfish lovly medium rare tuna and the true hero grilled juicy scallops. Everything to our very liking with some Thai style sauces and vegetables on the side plus fried rice (I am very sorry we barely touched) and Phat Thai. The 2h Dinner has been a great welcome to Abu Dhabi. Though we have been to several TripAdvisor top rated 5 star and boutique hotels in Thailand Indonesia, Africa, Europe , this place really impressed me. I am a 29year old german Dentist who loves Thai and French cuisine in tohe St. Maxime( La Reserve)/ St. Tropez area worked as a function waiter at the Sydney opera house back in the days. Having the staff enjoying you enjoying the food drinks and the whole dinner, though it should be a given in the hospitality branch, is exceptional and we are so happy to have felt that yesterday. It's a landmark of Abu Dhabi restaurants, but it needs a renovation as the place is getting old. Still, it has excellent quality food and some respectable fresh fish.

Overpriced for average quality. Go casual and move to the real fishmarket in Mina Marina. Less elegant but genuine and you can dine with fresh fish for less than 100aed each

If I could give -Stars, I won't hesitate as they deserve it. One of the worst dining experience where customers are treated according to the colour of the skin. For DHS 385 for 2 we got a few pieces of fish, calamari, 2 Prawns & 5 scallops which were grilled with no spices, salt or flavours. The Thai Fried Rice was as bland as normal steam rice even though we called the waiter back to remind to inform the Chef to make it spicy.
Go there only if you want to shell out hundreds of DHS, treated indifferently particularly by the Indian Manager who has absolutely no clue about Customer Service & come back hugely disappointed.
This Restaurant should be shut down & the so-called Chefs & Staff should be deported back to wherever they came from. It's a disgrace to such a beautiful city as Abu Dhabiresponse / report this review -
