Financial Centre (Arabic: المركز المالي, Arabic pronunciation: [alˈmarkaz alma) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai.
Located southwest of the historic centre of Dubai, Financial Centre station lies between Bur Dubai and many of the city's larger new developments. To the east is the Dubai International Financial Centre, after which the station is named. Nearby residential buildings include The Index and the Park Towers at DIFC, as well as numerous hotels.
Financial Centre station opened on 9 September 2009 as part of the initial stretch of the Dubai Metro, with trains running from Rashidiya to Nakheel Harbour and Tower to Deira City Centre and seven other intermediate stations. Other stations on the Red Line opened progressively over 2010 and 2011.
Like many other stations on the Red Line, Financial Centre lies on a viaduct paralleling the eastern side of Sheikh Zayed Road. It is classified as a type 2 station, indicating a setup with an elevated concourse and two side platforms with two tracks.response / report this review -

This metro station is very conveniently located at main sheikh zayed road right opposite to emirates tower & hotels. All the basic amenities are available here & this metro station is completely wheelchair accessible. Automated gates & travel card machines are available. You can even get UAE free wifi at this place

The Emirates Towers Metro and the Financial Centre stations are located a stone’s throw from each other on Sheikh Zayed Road.They are surrounded by skyscrapers on both sides of Dubai’s busiest road and the financial hub. Commuters using the Financial Centre Station will have easy access to the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel and the Emirates Business Tower – identical towers built next to each other. This Metro Station is Above Ground and connections buses are F11 and F13.

It is in the RED LINE of DUBAI METRO in Jebel ali direction just before BURJU KHALEFA metro station. Nearest metro to GEVORA HOTEL , DIFC ,DUSIT THANI & AXIOM SERVICE CENTER

Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good as were staff who quickly learnt my preferences and produced them without being asked. Some hotels provide a separate section with pork bacon/sausages etc which would be very much appreciated!!
