This metro station connects you directly to the Dubai Mall. From here you can head on to the Dubai fountain and Burj Dubai (now Khalifa).
Its a 20 minutes walk to the mall fyi. You can be able to see the sights while heading to the mall.

Other side of the metro you can reach the Coca Cola arena, which will take you about 10-15 minutes to get there.

I really love how clean and convenient the dubai metro are but when it comes to management, how to handle the crowde, it is worst specially in the metro station in businessbay!!!! I appreciate how they always organized and change the directions of exits and entrances of people but making one entrance at rush hour knowing theres 2 line destinations(uae exchange and rashidiya)!! People going to UAE Exchange needs to wait in queue for long time just to be in uae exchange metro lane entrance!! Better to find a solution to it.

With the Metro tram you come to all important place of Dubai. Staff come to to job and everyone there for them want and a cheap way to explore the City of Dubai. Greet from germany near cologne. I come back to Dubai. See you.

the metro is very clean. the best view is at night you can see the buildings and the lights. in this station you have to walk around 15 minutes indoor to get to dubai mall. all is organized so you can't get lost.

One of the most beautiful, clean and well organized metro stations in the world.
Air conditioning every where.
Electrical stairs and elevators and easy to get tickets. There are special cabinets for women only which is good for women traveling alone even though its very secure and save over there.
There are different kinds of Cards you can have from the Kiosks either Silver which is cheap but hardly to find a place to sit or Gold which a bit expensive but comfortable for me as you can easily find place to sit with nice comfortable seat especially if you are a tourist I would recommend choosing the gold card as you can afford to enjoy front or rear glass of the cabinet which is beautiful.

It was a good experience but too crowded during Christmas and new year time. The escalators doesn't work at times. It's nice to go around in train during night to see the different view of beautiful city and also the climate is nice that time.

If you are ever bored, you can just go to this mall and hang out! Want to see an aquarium with sharks? you got it! Coffee shops? everywhere! If you don't want any of that, you can just go outside to the dancing fountains and watch the amazing khalifa tower! I have been around the world, and so far this is my favourite mall :D

Metro services is the main highlight of dubai. Dubai RTA is offering a good in services and cheap in cost transportation service through this metro project. Burj khalifa is one of the metro station in this service where you get metro services in every two or three minutes. Here well furnished waiting area is available with free public wifi. Visited Dubai on Jan'16 during shipping festival. Great experience. Really beyond expectations. Want to visit again. Very well planned city. Royal city. Burj Khalifa world's tollest building. No words to express. Must visit.

Dubai metro is One of the best metro services. Timely and tidy.

This station serves to the best attraction on this planet. But its a loooooonnng walk to the burj khalifa. Elderly+pregnant women plz dont opt to go burj khalifa via metro if you cant walk long.

Very clean station with helpful staff and clear signage.

Be prepared to walk to the Dubai Mall, I wouldn't advise less able people to walk to the Mall from the station, it will be too difficult in my opinion, better off catching a Taxi.

If you can walk then this is like all the other metro stations in Dubai, lovely clean and very easy to use.

A bit far from the mall, yet it has its own passage and entrance, Dubai's usual subway 🚉 consistency, well organized, on time, air conditioned, easy to navigate.

Very far walk from the mall. But I love the Dubai Metro service. The stations and trains and ultra clean, compared to London where everything's a dump. But a day pass if you're going to travel frequently.
