  Every time I ask for delivery there is excuse. Either they will keep transferring me to other branches or they will say that they cannot deliver now. Especially when you are located in downtown dubai and not in a deserted place. Very poor customer service.

  Was just outside Caesars’ to order a 5 kg cake for tomorrow. Two guys working at Caesar was there inside and we tried to communicate with one through the window. Tried to ask him to open the door many times as it was closed and closing hours too. However, No response. Then called on the phone no, the guy was looking at the phone however didn’t bother to pick and they quickly started putting the lights off. We didn’t want to buy anything but just wanted to order which they were not even ready to listen! Very unfortunate from such a big brand.
