  It's been almost 2 years since our transaction from Fine Travel and up to now, I will never forget how one personnel prepared the insurance for my husband and I. He clearly made a mistake with the dates and lacked a few days in the insurance he applied for us. I clearly knew that he just edited the document from like a pdf to word then changed the dates. My husband and I were frustrated that time since the man said there's nothing to worry about he did not change the dates and he changed the entire policy blah blah. Long argument happened there, supervisor was not there as well. Worst case happened, my husband had delayed luggage in France. When we came back to UAE to get our reimbursement claims for the insurance, we could not file it properly because of the "unprofessionalism" of one staff who had one job and did not want to take responsibility for his initial mistake (wrong dates). We promised ourselves not to make transactions here again, ever.

  I like how they guarantee their work and when the opposite happens they have nothing to do about it.

  Staff doesn't care about your ticket and visa, just pay them, thats all what they want.
