  Extremely unprofessional behaviour.
  
  Took 12 days to have a visit visa issued which is normally issued in a couple of hours. People sitting at customer service don’t know anything about the process except taking your money. Delaying tactics are ‘there is an issue in immigration, it takes longer than usual for visa approval for your nationality, blah blah blah’
  
  Finally, the visa was issued when I demanded the money back.
  
  So, if you need a visa urgently NEVER EVER choose this travel agency but still the choice is yours if you want to wait and have patience for weeks.

  i have very. bad experience with this al falah street branch.I applied my wife visting visa through aerospace alfalah street branch and i paid 930 dhs but visting visa was rejected. But sadly iam saying they don’t know what is the procedure and reason or anything for this. This people sitting there without knowing anything. And told me you can’t get back this money which one i was paid. I dont know why this people sitting there.
