  They don't even deserved to get a single star. If there is an option to give negative star, i would have given the max of that.
  I was their customer since 2 years. Recently i terminated the rent contract from my side. The time of closeout and return my money, they played to make it delay. first they informed me that they will transfer the money to the bank direct and took the account number. After several reminders and calls, they agreed to pay the money last Thrusday and yet not reached money in my bank. I came to know they purposly delayed my payment as they deposited cheque in place of a simple bank transfer as agreed.
  
  The most important things is their front desk staff are so nice and helpful. Due to their office support team, the company will loose its goodwill for sure.
  
  The mistake i did is i introduce this company to my friends and they rent car from there. So, i would suggest to whoever review my comment, not to take any rentals from this company which keep such kind of unprofessional employees to deal with the customer like this. The worst company ever i dealth with. I really regret now.
