Fast and very friendly. We had to move across town and I knew it was going to be a rough move but these guys were absolutely amazing. The most amazing thing was when one of our old cabinets got dinged. They were completely honest and offered us to dispose it free of charge. And to be honest, I'm glad to be rid of it. Would recommend Euro Movers.

I used Euro Movers in 2015 and was very impressed. They sent someone in advance, had 8 people who were diligent, careful and clean. I moved last weekend and the experience was drastically different.

While they provided boxes in advance, arrived on time, a polite team lead who knew the process of getting the move in permit and working with security, the company only sent three people with one who had experience in carpentry (and even still was careless and damaged my walls severely to the point it is taking me 5x the time to put things up). Two examples in photos of crooked hangings with cracked drywall. On top of that instead of taping below the drill hole they just drilled so dust went everywhere dirtying the home and things surrounding.

Half way through the day they told me they finish at 5pm and we were no where close to being done. I called head office to tell them they needed to send experienced carpenter and handymen to help with reassembly. The office admin Jesa said she would call me back and would never. When I called back she was constantly unavailable. when I emailed them the issues the day after they never responded.

These guys cost more than the average company and don’t provide you with the diligence and care that is expected.

I’m not sure if they changed management or ownership but I highly do not recommend this company.

Had a great experience moving with Euro Movers last week, moving my 3BR apartment from Marina to Downtown. The team was polite, efficient and wonderful to work with. This has been the best moving experience I have had in Dubai. Everything from pre-move preparation, to showing up on time on the move day to post-move follow up has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Awesome job Euro Movers!!

I’ve used this company for years to move from apartment to apartment in Dubai as one does. This last time around I was planning to put my stuff in storage for a month since I was scheduled to travel for 3 weeks and needed more time finding a permanent apartment. Before they even left to the storage unit they dropped my kitchen box and I knew something broke because there was oil leaking. No big deal- figured it was just my expensive olive oil but they assured me they would transfer the contents to another box. To end this long story, I found an apartment a week later so asked them to deliver to new flat and since I wasn’t there roommate signed some document that wound up saying all was good. I travelled for three weeks only to come back and unpack and find rat droppings in my stuff, things chewed by rats and tons of missing glassware that I can only assume has been broken and discarded!!!! When I called them to address the situation they said I have no rights as a month had passed and there was a paper signed saying all was good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve spent thousands of dirhams with them and am pissed off because they lack integrity and honesty. The End.

Same here, I was cheated and scammed. I was wondering why their quote was significantly cheaper than others prior to my move, now it makes sense. They were planning a runaway scheme to attract customers, and then bail. They sent my stuff to the us without payment and I had to pay again to get it released and shipped to me from the port. Ended up paying almost double. I tried to trace them down, but it seems like they duped a bunch of people. Are these guys are still freely roaming around in dubai?

They opened a new company under General Manager name ( Mr. Zeeshan ) named EMI shipping located in Barsha near 7/11 mini mart Building B8 office number 302 . They operating Euro Movers n this company.and they kept all their stuff in Al Quoz Warehouse :Advance Technical Parts near Galadhari Dirving school.They have a parent company in JAFZA named DCFC , From their you will get Mr. Khurram( Owner of Euro Mover).They had cheated so many peoples ( customers,Suppliers Agents..Guys Please dont allow this guys to run away from Dubai.

Same story for me as for several other people. They packed everything nice and the move was swiftly done. In Holland I had to pay a company again for importing my stuff including a car. Next month I am in Dubai and am going to pay them a visit if they are still there and will go to the Dubai Police if necessary

Euro Movers - Shipment payment SCAM

Lets get to gather against Euro Mover Scam and raise it to Dubai Police. Euro Mover need to be punished and we must get our money back.

After living 14 Years in Dubai, I decided to move to USA. I hired and paid Euro Mover AED 19600 on 10 June for door to door shipment of my luggage from Dubai to Houston USA.

I also paid AED 1020 for Insurance of my stuff

My Luggage has not received for 3 months and now there agent in USA is telling me that Euro Mover has run away and demanding US$3154 for clearance and delivery of my stuff, since Euro Movers has not paid them and I have to pay again.

I contacted Khurram Abdullah , MD/Owner of Euro Movers , he is making excuses and not giving clear answers.

I contacted Zeeshan, GM of Euro Movers , he is not attending calls.

I contacted other staff from Euro Mover and they told me that company is closed and every one is absconded and whoever is going to DUBAI POLICE are getting there money back.

I need to pay immediately to agent in USA to get my luggage clear otherwise there will be damarage charges of US$180/day beside US$3154.

It seems that all these guys are in contact with each other and they are a team and doing this scam.

Please help in catching these scammers to make Dubai more safer.

WARNING ⚠️

This company is a master of deception. Our nightmare with them started when we decided to move to New Zealand 🇳🇿 From Abu Dhabi on June 2017 everything goes ok in Abu Dhabi the team was ok packing was great.
We paid 24,500 AED one shot door to door fees, the shipment arrived to NZ on 9/8/2017 and stuck at the customs up to 30/8/2017 because they didn't send the Customs Clearance form to their NZ agent and they never pay the NZ agent fees, we keep contacting them to do the payment ASAP to get our stuff otherwise they will not release them , we already rented a house and kids enrolled at school,and guess what? They sent us an email saying " please pay the destination charges and get the items delivered as I mention we currently facing some unforeseen issues with our finance dept and hence delay in scheduling payments, we will refund the money later on." We have no choice to do it to get our stuff and now no one answers our calls or reply to our emails to do the refund. Can't imagine how such company still exist. We finally decided to go to court of law.

What a joke!

They were great and fast with the quotation and packing but once I left the country it was a nightmare. It took literally hundreds of e-mails for someone to reply to my e-mails or calls and even then they could not give me a straight answer where my stuff would be delivered. I had to open a case with Dubai Consumer Rights in order to get a response and finally receive my stuff 2 months after packing.

And we are not finished yet as one of the items is broken and I am trying to collect insurance, but guess what no one replies. That is why I am opening another case against them this time with
Dubai courts.

I chose them because they were easier to get an appointment that Crown relocation but trust me when I say that you do not want to do business with them.

And I just read the reviews belowI am not the only one. I had the impression that this company was going bust.

Its the first time, I was traveling with the my family to a new country. Along with the stress of moving, the stress of packing and managing the things was another stress. But euromovers made it easy for me, I never knew about the good part of them that they are quite flexible and made your moving more easy. There was a bit delay in my belongings but that was acceptable because they are cost effective, for what I am more concerned.

Although, the few reviews put me in strain but still I chose Euro Movers because of their reliable prices and good management. Their workers treatment was absolutely amazing. I have used them 4 times moving within the Dubai in the last 7 years and they have been top notch every single time. Jorge the crew leader was excellent and we always requested for him. In one of the moves, there was a table damaged which we claimed through their insurance and we received compensation within 2-3 weeks. Overall very good experience from initial contact to end.
