Stayed for one night at the hotel. For a 5 Star hotel this was quite disappointing. When we checked in the lobby staff member who was serving left just as it was our turn saying one of his colleagues would help us & leaving us waiting. The room was small for a king deluxe, smaller than the pictures & not sound proofed at all as we could here next door & people in the corridor easily. The bathroom had nasty looking stains on the walls that had not been cleaned from a previous occupant. The bath robes were stained. At breakfast our tea & coffee was forgotten.
Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was 2 star service & experience. We had also had a brunch the day we checked in & so requested to change our booking from half board to B&B as were were not hungry which I thought would not be a problem. It was initially difficult with a somewhat unhelpful lobby staff member although after complaining it was changed for us.
When we checked out the staff member did address our issues with a discount though.
A very elegant hotel with a modern design. It has great floor to ceiling glass windows giving great light exposure. The rooms have amazing views and their restaurants are very classy. Highly recommended.
Incredible experience in one of the most beautiful buildings in the world.
The breakfast, lunch & dinner selection was vast and refined, very well prepared and tasty.
I was stating on the 42nd Floor & with views of Abu Dhabi it was truly special and incredible.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique experience with family or for business.
Not the newest, but still one of the very best in all hospitality categories. For a large hotel, all staff we encountered were warm, friendly, but most importantly competent. Experience and helpful assistance seemed part of the uniforms. Food, beverages, services and venue are all top quality making our stay a delight from arrival to departure.
I have visited number of times in Etihad business tower. There nice parking lots and reception that making our visits easier than we expected. Also offices has wonderful views. So totally a luxury feeling touch.
this is really lovely hotel.. This is an historic Place In Dubai landmark which should be visited by everyone visiting the city. From the incredible architecture, to the Hollywood glamour that surrounds it, and the amazing beach setting it should not be missed.. I hope all side made great pictures!! We loved it! All.service are too good and fast
Etihad towers is a lovely place to take visitors or for special occasions.
I've been to the Observation Deck several times and was happy with the service and food.
On my last visit we had a festive afternoon tea in the main reception area.
We also went up.to Rays Bar to take some pics and have a virgin cocktail.
A high class hotel, great service and hospitable staff. The swimming pools are heated and big enough. The beach is very nice.you can enjoy jumping in the sea as they have a small floating island in there. The lobby with the big glass screens that looks over the sea makes the view fascinating. The Christmas decoration all over the place with the cheerful gold colour.
Great location for brunches and business meetings. Also the beach/pool area is quite great. The pool side is beautiful specially the pool with the bar. The beach side is a bit stingy, water not so clean since is next to a port. But overall it is a good location. The food is quite good and the menu wel assorted. Staff Is very attentive and quick with the service.
This is a lovely hotel.
On arrival, the lobby is very impressive, with lovely chandeliers. It is very elegant and a huge open space. Reception staff were efficient and cheerful when checking us in.
Rooms are a great size, with plenty of space, even with an extra bed in. Beds are comfortable and a great size. Nice bathrooms, again, very large with nice toiletries. Views are immense, with floor to ceiling windows.
Nice pools, with reasonable service from the staff.
Would visit here again if in town.
Fairly good. Fiancée burnt herself on a faulty plug. Hotel didn't want to know. Pushed them and got free afternoon tea at their London Hotel as recompense.
Other than that it was a beautiful hotel.
A multi purpose complex of highest end venues incl. the luxury Jumeirah at Etihad hotel, The Avenue high street shopping and many more.
Great, luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. Relatively new. Lobby is magnificent. Room is lavish. View to the sea and the emir's palace are breathtaking.
If your in Abu Dhabi then Etihad towers observation deck 300 is well worth a visit, the views over Abu Dhabi are excellent.
You can enjoy a complimentary drink or order from the menu whilst taking in the views.
We visited 2 weeks ago, it was fairly quiet, the towers are quite impressive and dominate the landscape in Abu Dhabi.
Emirates palace is a short walk away and also well worth a visit.
Truly a five star hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
A must visit place when in Abu Dhabi. Its situated almost at the end of Corniche street very opposite to Emirates Palace. There are 5 towers , residential, offices and a 6 star hotel within these Towers. If you want to view Abu Dhabi visit this tower and you get to see the beautiful and majestic Abu Dhabi from this Tower. It is the same tower where an episode of the Fast and Furious 7 was shot , hence a must visit place.
Nice place and the room was really nice and very quiet too.
Service by the pool was very average, they weren't really that interested. Towels left on empty sunbeds, rubbish not cleared, no help with sunbeds or towels, ask you to sign in one day, not the next etc. Not the best experience overall. I did like the service call button on each table though, everywhere should have this.
Neighbouring hotel guests are allowed to use the pool area too making the pool deck very busy sometimes. We weren't informed of this prior to arrival.
With 3 pool areas it would have been nice to see one set aside for adults only.
Stayed in a club lounge room, and the lounge was really good with nice service. Definately worth the extra spend as the food was nice and alcohol served graciously.
Unfortunately attempts to check in and then check out 4 days later were not fruitful. The system was down apparently. 4 days and it was still down?
I did enjoy my stay but it just lacked the finishing touches and quality to make it the 5 star experience expected.
This place was completely empty when I visited. There were plenty of security guards guarding this place from literally one person: me. Every guard was on their phone because they know nothing happens here. If you're rich, you'll probably enjoy shopping here. If you're a poor like me then you'll enjoy the bathrooms and general meditative quiet in the air conditioned buildings.
I gave it an extra star because Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Connor drive a car through the towers in Fast and Furious 7. So it's kind of fun to get that photo opp.
Great towersastonished with a huge liftwhich can even carry a heavy truck to all floors
One of the high-end residential and business Towers in Abu Dhabi. Rent starts at 120 k bad year for a studio apartment. All apartments are serviced by the building itself.
great place in Abu Dhabi. Very close to the royal palace. amazing restaurants
Beautiful sweeping views of Abu Dhabi from the rooms. Hotel staff go above and beyond with courtesy. Hotel restaurants that I visited where all good. There is a small mall under the hotel with luxury shopping, an Aston Martin dealership, Fouchon cafe and a Waitrose supermarket.
Such a nice place In addition to the hotel and apartments, they have some nice restaurants there, beautifully overlooking to the sea Office towers are equipped with high security measures Caution: you will have to take the tunnel to reach there, which might be missed if you're not familiar driving in that area.
