small, clean and calming ambience; skillful friendly staff and good with the extra perks; they serve you a hot drink and even give you a back rub while your nails are drying! Great little gem in JLT

Facial by Dani was just sublime. To be honest whether it's Dani Natalie or Lydia the facials here really are in a league of their own ! Keep the awards stacking up you truly deaerve them. Facial and service that stands out by a mile thank you

just visited the new Essa after their refurb and the staff are lovely, so much attention to detail and nothing is too much hassle for a perfectionist like me!

Rachel is amazing, however my last visit was not pleasant ( had a different esthetician) perform my wax. She was not helpful, DOUBLE DIPPED, used the same wax strip on 5 different areas, did not use gloves, or even inform me that I was bleeding until I looked down at my leg. If you ever go I recommend only book with Rachel.
