Very bad service and some rude staff im usual customer and they never hospitalite me with fruit like other last time they give me not working fridge and Tv really disapointed me

Guest service from the staff, who are really committed to ensure customer service sutifaction, the rooms also are clean though an improvement has to be done on additional amenities, however all is great and thumbs up to the staff Staying in room#1502..

Not well maintained.Suckaway Truck comes almost everynight. It's so much smell that you find it difficult to breath, much more sleep within the 2 hours of evacuation.

The staff were friendly. Although the location is not bad the surrounding properties are under construction. The amount of dust is incredible causing everything to feel dirty. There are two of these hotels with the same name in different areas about 15 km apart. Ensure you know which one you booked. We went to the wrong one first.

Nice and budget 1 bedroom apartments only 501 AED for 3 nights near Al khan beach walking distance but it's hot in summer you can only visit in early morning beach open at 6.00 am.

It's a hotel apartment with affordable rates. The only challenge is it's accessibility as it's beside a construction project making it difficult to spot without using maps.
