Very disappointedVery costly with front desk staff not courteous or helpful in most cases. Very clearly they let you know in various ways that it is all about the money for themespecially the sales team and front office staff.except for Christina and housekeeping staff and bell boys and securityAll other positions were mot courteous or truly treated you as their treasured guest.

The best apartment in Sharjah, staff are friendly and well Promptitude , some of the apartments have nice view to Almajaz Park and Khalied lake and water fountain.
Rooms are suspicious and well cleaned. Room service is excellent. All you need are near by such as restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and coffee shops.

The rooms are good, the hotel is located in close to tourist attractions. The cleaners are employed by hotel are not good. Leaving dirty towels. Towards the end of the stay, Once our tv was left on and nothing had been done properly as far as tidying up the room. Seems they were too busy watching tv. Last two days room smelled of foul smell like blocked drain ,this was mainly at night. On check cleaning manager occused us of stealing towels. Spent 30 mins with cleaners and front discussing 1 dirty towel which was due to make up and 1 missing towel which cleaners did not place in the room. Front desk were very curtious and sorted the matter out. Due to the dubious cleaners and the foul smell in the room i would not recomend this hotel

Very nice experience! We had a beautiful apartment with a big living room, dining table comfy sofa, kitchen, separate toilet for a very good price. Parking included. Very friendly staff. Thanks for everything. We hope to come back in this part of the world

Well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Well located at the Sharjah Corniche and with an excellent view of the Al Majaz park. Free parking within the building for guests. The free Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and stable. The bundled breakfast was a bit of a let down with not much choice and variation.

Nice place. Clean, spacious. Located just Infront of Almajaz park very close to water front (Khalud lake). Room service is ok 7/10 prices are good and taste is fine variety is good also.

Unfortunately, no close good restaurants.

Customer service is very bad here, very poor quality of management.

The pool is not suited for children, a boy almost drowned in front of me and the guard was not really bothered.

My experience of the restaurant was not very good, staff have little knowledge/ inaccurate knowledge of the menu and the food takes a long time to be served. But the food tasted good.

Any questions / requests we have are met by puzzled faces - staff need serious training.

All in all the management is extremely poor here.

It's definitely not 4/5 star service more like 2/3 stars.
