  Employee started serving the person behind me in the line while I still had questions about how an Emirates ID could be collected on behalf of a friend who is going to be out of Dubai for 1 month. Not so much of a Customer Happiness mindset in that office, apparently.

  I wish I can give them a zero less than a star! They lost my governmental documents that I was sending to Canada and noone is taking responsibility for it! The worse post I've ever delt with! They wont even let you speak to a director or manager

  Emirates Is collection, PO Box Registration and renewal. Service is friendly, but little slow. Nice Arabic manager, funny and helpful

  Beware! This is not Al Ramool Post office. If you typed this in your search bar put Emirates Post Group instead.
