Since most of the Government services used Emirates Post as gate ways to deliver there legal document such is Emirates ID,Driving license, etc including international and local post Service the organization is using state of the area system and wonderful service providing to the clients.

Very efficient service specially the system for collecting Emirates. Also it is easy to access a rented post box. It would be great if the post office opens on the weekend as well.

The worst postal service in the world. Commercial courier services are all using mapping software to make deliveries efficient yet Customer Service staff at Emirates Post seem reluctant to use such software and still rely on verbal directions so you get numerous calls promising delivery until finally they ask you to collect from their premises.

Service is really poor from a business standpoint. I wanted to send a mail to the UK, but the service lady was pretty rude. So I eventually left to DHL down the street where the service was more welcoming. I was actually turned off by her attitude that I simply couldn't trust handing her my documents.
My advice, if you want professional courier service, go to DHL or other companies instead, where they treat their clients with respect.response / report this review -

The only lost office in the world that doesn't deliver mail and charges for collection. Don't bring large Biola either because they don't have change.

There still people jump the number, this is still a culture which takes time to change, however this should not be allowed by the post office staff, some of them they didn't even bother to take a number. Additionally, the customs only staff disappeared with no replacement and for more than half an hour creating another unnecessary Q!!
