I went to this apparently main branch in Abu Dhabi, today the 28th of Oktober 2017 1pm, I wanted to open savings account, and make some cash deposit. I choose this bank, as I found out, Emirates NBD is the best Bank in UAE, (not sure now). Unfortunately, I found something else, horrible staff and organization. No one check the ticket if this is your turn or not, so people are coming and going, and you you wait. One customer service representative works only. The rest on the phones don’t care about the clients. Never again. Don’t waist your time to go there. My rate is 0 on 5.
