A380 was amazing just like Dubai airport. Aircrew very nice 5 stars.

The Emirates Airlines has a great service but there lost and found sections service is much to be desired. I inadvertently forgot my phone on the Emirates Airlines flight from Geneva to Dubai just recently prior to taking a connecting onwards. After exchanging successive emails and lastly with Ms. Kiran of Emirates I was told that they had not found the phone so someone from the cleaning crew pocketed the phone. With Emirates I had a very high expectations but this incident has really damped my opinion of them. I hope my experience is a one off, but be careful with your personal effects, if you forget something on the plane it will be the last time you see it, so be extra careful. This is the reason why I am only giving 2 stars, as the services given by any airline is to be cognizant of all the services provided by it. Hope Emirates Airline can improve there services in this regard by screening there cleaning crew which maybe subcontracted to another.

Last September me and my family used their service on staff tickets with multiple destinations.
Nevertheless, their service was outstanding.
We were traveling with a children's stroller, which got packed in a large plastic bag. We got a replacing stroller to use at the airport. Once getting into the gate, we could just drop it off over there. No complaints.
The Emirates staff was kind enough to help me out putting our hand luggage in the overhead cabin.
We started our trip in the luxurious A380. The economy class was sooooooooo spacious in legroom compared to other European "high-end" airlines. The seats were adjustable without causing too much inconvenience for the person sitting right behind you.
Not to mention the entertainment system! Wow. it's library was so enormous. I could fly around the world without getting annoyed.
The meals were very nice. The flight attendants were nice. And they surprised our daughter with a nice activity-package to enjoy her self during the flight. And apparently they have collectable pluche toy-animals every time you fly with them.
I myself was well rested every time I left the plane.
It's one of the bonuses when you can enjoy the UAE.response / report this review -

(March 1, 2018) Unacceptable at all! Bad service at check-in area and it takes for me to drop two luggages about one hour and 30 minuets! Very slow service and there was no one taking action to speed up the process!! One family missed their flight and the Emirates airline’s employee was saying that they cannot help him and they started blaming the family for being late!!! Indeed, the whole family members were in the line for almost an hour and 30 minuets - maybe longer!!! Very*2 bad airline!! They have very old planes and most of them need to be replaced!!! They don’t deserve to be the first and best airline in the world!!! Unfortunately, I gave them 1 out of 5 stars, due to zero star is not available in the evaluation. Indeed, they deserve zero star!!!. I will never try them again and I would suggest for any family to try a different airline batter than Emirates airline.

The Emirates Group Headquarters - which is directly connected to the Emirates Metro Station (Red Line). The building is primarily for Emirates Group employees, but also has retail outlets located for the public in the Atrium, including banks, restaurants, Etisalat and shopping outlets.
