I have very bad experience last two times from staff. They are not trained and they don't know how to behave. I strongly recommending to all don't go emax Sharjah al wahda . No floor supervisor for hear customer complaints. We stopped to visit emax in life.

Very very poor service quality, i buyed 2 samsung note 8, both of the earphones provide with them are complaint, i get back within hours but they said need 10 working days for replacement
Its better to buy from any shops in deira or sharjah mobile markets coz they will change and replace it in suddenly
Am not preferring anyone to emax for any valuable stuffs 👎👎👎👎

there are so many products and it is a huge store and that is why it deserves a star but other than that everything is bad about this place. especially the after sales service. it is just horrible. nobody responds to phone calls, keeps the products returned for servicing for a very long time without doing anything, making stupid excuses when we go in person to the store and asks them about it and the list just goes on. i wont buy anything from here ever again.

Very beautifully designed and well managed store and staff is very courteous when you enter the showroom you are welcomed by big smile of very smart and well dressed staff they guide you in a very proper way but customer care department is not proper

This store has one of the worst customer service and all the sales guys in the shop lie about the warranty while you buy any product from this store. I bought 2 Iphone 7 Plus from this store and the sales guy misguided me to buy their extended warranty for 2 years and i paid AED 800 for this. But unfortunately screen got broke and the guy lied and said they will replace the phone, almost after 4 months he just refused to do it and returned the phones. i dont like to give even 1 star.. such a horrible experience. i will never buy anything from emax .

Haven't heard from the service centre for more than a month after returning my product for service. Nobody answers the phone when tried reaching out with the provided contact number. I am disappointed Emax and this is not the kind of service i expect from a reputed brand like yours!!!!

All good other than the sales staff, who are hell bend on pushing their selected brand on you. If you tell them, you want another brand, they will stop helping you and just disappear.
