Good staff. Small showroom and there is a very small gallies for test drive where you can only go 20km/h :D

The sales staff are very good, but the service people are very bad. One person I was dealing with Santosh, if it were to him, he would keep my car and say its now the showroom's car. Very cheap tactic to save the showroom's money. Even I have warranty, saying its not valid. And still have not received my full service history.

not satisfying at all.. they called me to collect my car after servicing at 1pm. i reached on time buy then i realized it was der lunch break at the time. They short on staff. i finally managed to get the car back at 4pm

My dealing was with Mr. Mohannad Khalaf - Sales Consultant. He made be understand customer services was still reliable in UAE. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and never made me feel that I'm doing something wrong. Love the vehicle I bought and more I like the attitude and initiative brought forward by Mr. Mohannad Khalaf. 100% rating for this employee.
