On 5 Sep 2022, I was greeted by a moving team from Elite Shipping led by Mark. They came promptly at the time they suggested and immediately did a scan of what we have to move. They began packing at 10.30am and completed their packing, wrapping, tagging, and cleaning up by 3.30. The General Manager, Mr. Sharafudheen, came down to get my feedback on the services and what can be improved. That is a very good attribute of senior management. I recommended them to a few of my friends who are still in Abu Dhabi. Once I have received my cargo back in Singapore, I'll be sure to update this review. Excellent!!!

Elite did a spectacular job moving my furniture and car from Dubai to Tbilisi, Georgia. From the care taken with my belongings to the communication, flexibility and professionalism, they were first class. Aireen was fantastic in answering my questions, tailoring the solution to exactly my requirements and keeping me up to date every step of the way. The company they used on the receiving end were also first-class and equally professional and efficient. I got quotes from over a dozen Dubai movers and Elite stood out for their communication and professionalism at a competitive price. Elite was the only company to bother answering my special insurance request while never being pushy. The others were all the typical pushy sales rhetoric, but refused to bother even asking their insurers about my request. I would absolutely use Elite again over any other company I spoke with in Dubai. Whole heartedly recommended.

Relocating from Dubai to Canada was very smooth thanks to Elite shipping! The staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating and while the shipping vessel took some time to release our container for shipping, everything was secured and the container left on time as per schedule that was initially proposed. Our car and personal belongings arrived mostly intact (an aluminum calendar was dented) and I was impressed that all of our glassware and the piano came to us without a scratch. The people who came to pack our personal items were very thorough and used plenty of packing material to keep everything safe. Thank you for a smooth relocation across the world!

I would like to commend Aireen A. for a job well done starting from the very first phone call until delivering our items to Ireland. The journey is bitter sweet as we have been living in the UAE for 30 yrs and we need to bade goodbye to Dubai finally.
She made our move very smoothly and very cost effective and her sales and customer skills is outstanding. Thank you for your kind attention to us with your friendly yet professional approach!
The packing is very experienced and no items are damaged! Elite partner in Ireland did an amazing job and did the relocation as smooth as possible!

Highly recommended!
I used them to move my household goods from Dubai to Birmingham, UK.
And my stuff came early than I expected.
A special thanks for Ms. Chella Geronimo who showed an outstanding support during shipping my belongings during a critical time. She undertook all the responsibilities on behalf of the shipping line and updated me with the details almost on a daily basis. Moreover, she waived the additional charges raised by the shipping line due to ports restrictions during the pandemic.
