  Bought Brand new Nissan X Trail in 2018.
  From Al Masaood, and chose what I believed was premium and "full option".
  
  After 3 years of usage, the only seat that's been used (I drive alone 90% of the time even tho this is a 'family car') started deteriorating (and have tendency to extend). Considering I am below average adult male weight (78kg).
  
  Car's been always parked underground or in the shade area (literally 95% of the time) and I don't have pets or kids and I take care of my vehicle flawlessly (which can be shown from overall car condition). Car was fully maintained, serviced and handled each time in their official service centers from day one.
  
  Even tho I still have 5 year "unlimited warranty" I've been rejected claim that's been obviously due to poor material quality. And offered (offensive) "special discount" for this to be fixed which was approximately 1/5th of total car value at this moment.
  
  Absolutely disappointed in NISSAN ME and Al Masaood how they handled this whole situation and definitely won't choose or recommend them anytime in future.

  I have a Nissan Sunny, gear locked during warranty period and now we are being denied warranty. It clearly seems a bad product quality issue. Worst manufacturing quality and service ever.
