Very nice place, offers cafes, restaurants and of course a hotel resort. There are also electric boat rides from the Marina.
The views are fantastic so get your cameras ready.
Many outdoor seats so brilliant for a breakfast / brunch meal and personal and business.
There is a place that offers an overpriced sheesha too.
I highly recommend a breakfast, walk and then a boat ride. Then you can sit down for a coffee if the heat permits. No point from indoor dining because you wouldn't enjoy it that much.
I saw many people running there too. So there is that if you're interested.
Food there is generally more expensive than other restaurants.
I hope this helps
Very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere especially. Lots of options for eating. Water sports also available like kayaking. May even rent a yacht. Free wifi. Free and ample parking
Really good place for team activities. Had a lot of fun.. lack of a shower was a bit inconvenient, but the kayaking was real fun!
A very nice place for a gathering or coffee. It is crowded, however, so it would be better you come earlier than 6 pm to take a table. Many shops are there but my favorite is Carluccio's. My favorite dish is lazagne.
Its not a shopping mall. But a great place to visit and relax. Kayaking and boat trips are available
Love the view and atmosphere. The sheesha is slightly overwhelming if you visit at night. Carluccio and PepperMill are delicious but pricey. Nevertheless, it’s a nice place for dinner and desserts.
Visited the Nails Salon and then had a nice shisha by the mangroves at cafe blanc. A nice place tk spend some quality time with friends.
Cute place, good for romantic dinner and during day you'll have a nice view. Also lot of variety of restaurants and has a grocery store too. Nice place and perfect for family too.
I wouldn't call it a shopping mall, yes it does have a grocery store, but other than that, there are no other shops. However, this place overlooks the mangroves and the skyline of Abu Dhabi City, which makes it a nice spot for a walk, a meal or a coffee. The place have few spots for dining or coffee that have the view of the mangroves. There is also a Shisha hangout spot. This place, better visited in the winter when the temperature is moderate as it's mostly have outside seating.

Lovely, cosy and contemporary place with great cafes ,fast food and desert. The view of mangroves which I have never seen before an any of gulf countries. You can't resist the fresh air and also the view of canoes going up and down the sea there. It will be fun if you go on one of them or with a group you go on a yacht for a lovely tour in the calm water there..lovely great class and vivid place.Don't miss it.
I’m so happy there are place that transport you to different locations this was definitely one of them. Fantastic setting
Nice place to hang out with a good selection of restaurants for every budget, enjoyable promenade that gets the shade in the afternoon plus access to Waitrose
It's a quiet area
But beautiful rare view of Mangarof trees in Middle of ocean
Recommended for people who prefer quite locations
Avoid in hot / hummed weather
Great place to walk along especially on holidays. Gets quite active and busy then and even better in the winters. Decent restaurants and nice views help too. The walk is free and connects to the promenade/corniche but the restaurants are in the upper range
We had lunch at Peppermill. Excellent service and outstanding food. Karim our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and its ingredients. Will definitely visit again 💞
Beautiful spot. Ideal for a walk and coffee or dinner etc. Fabulous.
Great to go out for dinner to the promanade. Also great to experience a kayak or stand up paddle tour in the mangroves. High recommendable

Carlucci's is wonderful. The special with giant penne pasta is delish.
Nice and laid back, but don't like the idea of it being smack on the main highway 11
