I think one star is even overating this place !
Inappropriate attitude of supervisor and inefficient !
Unprofessional staff at the cashier who not only runs after you claiming to have charged you less ,and when you are actually charged a second time and you finally leave these girls in all confidence call you two hours later to inform you that they have overcharged you a certain amount of money ! But what to do when you have reached home in Dubai !
Then when you actually speak to the suoervisor of the salon she is absolutely uncapable to help or to find a solution for reimbursement !
A real disaster !

The hygiene standards becoming worse every time I come. They don’t clean write away the foot spa which sometime raise concerns when a new customer come. Cleaning is a quick spray and water that’s it. The technicians have different standards not the same. Some you have to remind to use hand sanitizer first. Not to mention how little products they will use for the price you pay.. the scrub and lotion only minimal so the result is not notable. A spa is where you feel and smell the cleanleness of place, the feeling and smell of products on your skin and overall experience.

Worst experience ever had for my hair I visited the al Khaleej al bateen branch for hair consultation and met Leyden the stylist booked 2 appointment at the same time and gave my service to her assistant to be done. For the consultation she gave all wrong information and ruined my hair very unprofessional and all false information given about the products and treatment very bad experience as it ruined my hair completely.

Do not respect the customers' appointments. Very disappointed. They used to be good but not anymore.very bad experience. They forgot to note my appointment, i went there to tell me that my name is not in their records and have no staff to assist me because they are committed with other customers.i have always been a loyal customer dor years but i will not go there anymore.

It has become so unsatisfying comparing to its first start. Last time i had my nails done i suffered from sever pain on all around my nails edges.

Regardless of the several complaints I relayed to the management/supervisor still no improvement.

There's only 1 massage therapist and 1 eyebrows lady who are both an exception.

I'm over it.

DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS THREADED ! ONLY ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS IS A PRO THE REST ARE JUST AMATEURS WHO DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU AND WHO DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO ADMIT IT WHEN THEY HAVE MADE A MISTAKE. TODAY A LADY RUINED MY EYEBROW BY THREADING TOO MUCH ! THE PREVIOUS TIME ANOTHER ONE JUST COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT AND THEY HAD TO SEND ME ANOTHER TECHNICIAN TO MAKE UP FOR HER MISTAKE. TODAY'S MISTAKE IS UNACCEPTABLE THOUGH AS MY EYEBROW IS RUINED !!!
