Worst community is Al Khail gate community. Parking system is horrible, all outsiders are parking but for tenants no parking available and if park outside then there will be fine AED 1,000/- from Dubai police as i got 2 fines.
4 lifts in 1 building and out of that 2 of them are not working, 4 entrance and out of that 2 entrance are permanently closed.
The owner is only playing with tenants need, God will get the answer from whole team including owners which are completely responsible for the same.
Shame on all staff who is managing this community and receiving only promises from last one year but nothing happened.
With the blessings of Ramadan, God will catch all of them. InshaAllah

The worst community management in Dubai! they never answer , lobby closes for 6 months for renovation! no garbage bins anywhere in the building ,you find people cleaning windows looking at you in the morning without prior notice twice! maintenance work never announced before sewers smell every night in the corridors !
