Very bad customer service. I have to come twice to complete my requirements for account opening and eventually not having one. First they told me that i don’t need to bring salary cert but 3000aed will do. Second time, i didnt bring my salary cert but with my 3000aed with me. Waited for almost an hour, agent approached me and asked what requirements i have then telling me i need my salary cert!!!

worst branch and bank ever! does not even deserve a single star!
went there twice and took a token.. the customer service staff sat there snapchatting and checking out their nails, clothes! even though there were no more people or numbers before , they didn't bother assisting.
