I went there to hold my family visa.However each time i visited they asked me to bring some additional documents. No body has got any idea or mentality to help. I also noticed the general attitude towards customers were bit rude.

Female staff who deal with customers in LOB14 are very rude and unkind.
I believe they don't know what is "Smile". Seems they are always angry about customers.
I know this complaint will be deleted by JAFZA but they really consider their attitude toward expats.
