Dubai is always fun stop for me, Visited Aquarium 3rd time with my fam and loved it every single time. they have very amazing tour and Friendly staff. you will not be disappointed. Great place for kids to learn about marine life and experience it on site. definitely a stop for any one visiting Dubai 1st time. keep up the good work :)

Another tourist attraction in Dubai in which both adults and kids will surely enjoy. A lot of activities that you can do within the aquarium including diving, shark/fish- cage feeding and if you don't want to get wet then try boat riding instead. You can also hop-in to there mini underwater zoo and take bunches of pictures from smallest creatures. The entrance fee is quite expensive but they also have deals/offers for packages. What I also love in this place are the people working together to make your day fun and so much unforgettable.

Dubai mall has a really Amazing Aquatic Place where several species of Aquatic animals are there for you, it will totally make you feel as if you’re in there with Them. They’ve made it really good. One who loves aquatic creatures must visit, it’s a perfect place to experience it.😃
I purchase the Combo ticket, I experienced that those who had not purchase the tickets can also view the aquarium from the other side totally.
So there’s an option if you wish to take the glimpse of aquarium and not interested to purchase the ticket you can take this option too.

A unique aquarium with unique water-animals. It was a fun being there and observing animals strolling in the water. Every thing was good. One thing I would like to mention is that the entrance ticket was included in my travel package and as observed many visitor were watching the aquarium from outside without any ticket as the aquarium is visible from outside also. So if one has planned the trip on his own then the entry can be skipped and the aquarium can be watched from outside. But for underwater zoo entry should be made. There are many different organisms in the zoo. All were very unique, of whom i had never seen many before.

Such beautiful huge size aquarium as I believe its one of the biggest. You can enjoy free view while you walking in Dubai mall as different sea species are swimming in crystal clear water.
Meanwhile its payable if you would like to move inside the aquarium tunnel which is more amazing.
Hundreds of different kind of species swimming all together peacefully inside a huge big aquarium and every time I watch the view I wonder how its possible to keep sharks with other kind of fishes and all are playing peacefully.
Its amazing view you can enjoy for just free, I visited different aquariums in many countries but this one was the most fascinating and wonderful.

Lovely place, a lot of variety. Good view from the top boat and the transparent bottom. The sharks hitting the boat with their heads. So cool! Circling around, you see a restaurant and a "Jungle" on the second (or third) floor. :))

I went there three times, the last one was with my parents when they visited Dubai. The experience is divided into three stages, each on a separate floor. The good thing about it is that you get to see all these weird and amazing creatures in the last stage (one of them was transparent). The thing that needs improvement is that you can get lost moving from one floor to another. This needs to be more organized and with clear path with signs and so on.

It was a great experience and kids really enjoyed it. The underwater tour was bit in rush and could have been done better. Some of the marine animals were of rare category and the overall sequence was pretty good. It was bit expensive but worth seeing one time. Loved starfish, baby whales, baby tortoise and many others. Go for it!

Visited on a Friday still the place wasn't overcrowded. Ended up choosing the 120 AED plan and was soon greeting with a whole host of fun experiences. The tunnel is usually where all the sharks hang out. Submersible simulator is very gimmicky although there is no match to the aquarium glass bottom boat ride. Overall it's a fun place to visit with your family & friends.

A good place to visit with kids! Enjoy Marine life. Great views and good infrastructure. Likewise feeling the marine life from inside of sea. Great collection of fishes and varied sea creatures.

I've just one word for Dubai Aquarium and it's 'Outstanding'. The world should learn from Dubai how to make such an amazing facility in a compact space like a mall. In a 3-level aquarium - there's an Aquarium Tunnel, Underwater Zoo, Submersible Simulators, Glass-bottom Boat ride, Big Screen Theatre, Breeding center for Sharks, Jelly fishes, Seahorses, King Crocodile, Pengiuns, Ray feeding, 100s of sea animals as well as birds and a souvenir area. To explore all this peacefully, you would need at least 3 hours of time. You simply cannot ask for more.

Absolutely amazing and well worth a visit. The aquarium is huge with so many different fish and animals. I didn't expect to see such a large range of animals and to be able to go 'behind the scenes' to see how the fish are reared and fed.

We bought Explorer experience tickets, so we saw many things here. The big aquarium you can see without tickets, other attractions are for money. At first, you go through the tunnel. You can see many water animals. Next attraction was Aquarium glass bottom boat. This trip lasts about 15 minutes. You sail at the top of the aquarium, which you see in Dubai Mall. And the last thing was the underwater zoo. Many water animals. You can see very, very big crocodile and nice penguins.

My little sister enjoyed a lot watching the marine animals and glass base boat ride was a lot of fun for all of us. If you are traveling with a family, its worthwhile to buy Entertainer (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) to save on ticket costs.

The price for the professional photos is quite high but if you have your own camera you don't really need to buy them. I highly recommend it.

Excellent activities!
Did the Shark Scooter, Shark Encounter & Ray Feeding at Dubai Aquarium. The staff is so friendly & amazing! Chris from Al boom diving was taking care of all my experiences. While we were feeding the rays, I saw him coming down & personally testing the Shark Scooter before I ride it.
Even the shark encounter was amazing, the diver along with me was constantly asking me if I was okay & breathing well. he took great pictures & videos too! :)
The Shark Scooter was something unique & an entirely different experience. There is a yellow scooter like equipment which you have to drive around in the Dubai Aquarium with all the fishes, sharks & stingrays swimming around! Finally got to enter this enthralling tank which I have been staring at and have been marvelled by, every time I visit Dubai Mall!

A place with picturesque beauty. A vast variety of creatures, both powerful and eloquent were present here. I had a wonderful experience there as they had extremely well themed walkways as well. They also provided the name and lots of information about the creatures, which was interesting as well as informative. They have done an amazing job with the place providing very little scope for error.

The aquarium is placed in the center of The Dubai Mall . The best awesomeness is that you can enjoy this aquarium from outside without buying a ticket . you can go there and you can click some photos and if you have a good knowledge about fishes. than you can enjoy more by seeing some colorful fishes doing water stunts.
But this place is so much crowded all the time.

The aquarium is very cool for being inside a centre. The big tank is very captivating to look at, both from the tunnel under or from the boats at the top. Otherwise, the "submarine simulator" was a joke with almost no movements and a low-budget childish CGI video. Other aquariums usually have more exhibitions/displays with more variety. Several of the "activities" are animation/video but at an aquarium you want the real thing. I enjoyed the day and it wasn't too crowded, but very poor value for money and overall not that impressed.

Brilliant place this. The scenes are amazing and you would feel fantastic to see the fishes just swimming around in one of the biggest aquariums in the world.

You can pay and goto the underwater zoo and even the tunnel. Both of which are a fun one time experience!

Take lots of pictures when allowed and do respect the signs if they've mentioned not to take pictures in prohibited areas.

The Dubai Aquarium and underwater zoo is well worth a visit if your in downtown Dubai. The aquarium is situated inside the mall, and as you would expect, its pretty big, well managed and very clean.

Is pretty impressive as from the mall you can see into the tank, it has to be said that i'm not a fan of zoo's or caging animals in anyway shape for form but the fish in the aquarium appear to be in h=good health and well looked after.

The underwater zoo is also very good, the whole experience was very enjoyable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The aquarium is ideally located by the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains so its easy to fit all 3 attractions into an afternoon and evening.

So it's huge! As you'd expect of course! And it's in the middle of the Mall! They seem to have added more "paid" options since I was last there (which we didn't do) though I noticed there are bunch of youngsters there to sell you discounted tickets! But for a trip to the Mall it's well worth swinging by to see the sharks!

This Aquarium (as many others) is sourcing its animals from the ocean, these are wild animals that have been captured to be exhibited in this zoo. These wild animals are supposed to be in the ocean, since they most of them migrate thousands of miles and where they're free. They're not supposed to kept in a small tank for entertainment and profit. Even though this Aquarium say that their animals are ethically sourced, there's simply no way for them to know this, due to the long chain of suppliers.
If you want to support animal cruelty, and think it's ok to capture wild animals under dreadful circumstances, transport them around the world, still under dreadful circumstances, and exhibit them: Go ahead, visit this place. If you think not; do not visit this place. There are plenty of other excellent malls and hotels around.

Two floor tall wall of glass in middle of the mall it will surely take your breadth away. One you are inside you can see all the fish from the glass tunnel which goes through the tank. Most amazing experience tou can get.

Enjoyed exploring this place. It was good fun. The Aquarium can be seen from inside the mall without a ticket. We had a tour guide who took us through every step. Enjoyed the aquat boat, different sea creatures. The photograph company at the entrance are expensive but they do take a quality picture for memories.

Aquarium itself isn't a special, everything you can see from outside without buying ticket. However underworld zoo is a nice place to see so I'd recommend you go there one time. I suggest to find some promotion online.

Huge aquarium with a variety of fish colours types size.
Diving and swimming with fish is available and under the tunnel walk is also available for a fee.

WHAT A GREAT IDEA TO HAVE A SUPER GIGANTIC AQUARIUM INSIDE THE BIGGEST SHOPPING CENTER IN THE WORLD. AWESOME FOR THE KIDS. BRING WALKING SHOES THERE ARE LOTS OF WET AREAS AND THEY DO NOT HAVE WARNING SIGNS ANYWHERE. ALWAYS WATCH YOUR STEP. A BIT DANGEROUS FOR THE ELDERLY

Do not come here if you plan to just spend 10 minutes. Enjoy watching into the huge fish tank! It's amazing.
