It was a very positive experience. The car was in excellent condition and it was the same exact model as requested so there were no surprises. Staff was very friendly especially Mr.Nizar. reasonable prices and need to improve fleet availability.

At short notice flying into Dubai Mr.Ali made I had no car issues in my trip ..
It was so convenient that they brought the car to my hotel without charging me anything and I was able to pay it digitally in a min and the car was pretty clean

Extreme Satisfying experience. Reliable and trustful service. They never gave me a hard time when it came to money, or checking the car upon returning, extending the rental period. Even the prices are affordable Great customer service by the guys on reception.

It was quite easy choosing drift car rent since their prices was more affordable with no extra charges, they came to assist quickly whenever I needed any help. It would be easy to recommend them to anyone. It was a delightful experience no wonder they never have cars available.

Just terrible experience for couple of months. among the grievance: harassement by the phone to bring back the car for registration renewal, it happened 3 times in 3 months, call several times per day change the car, each car is worst that the other, you bring a car full of petrol they give you a car almost empty.
They also try to make you pay for Salik or fines coming from other drivers, by checking the dates I noticed that I wasn't renting the car at this time for a lot of fines they wanted me to pay, same for Salik: by checking closely I reduced the invoice by 80 AED to 20 AED of salik The longer term customer you are the worst they behave.
Will never rent with them again, I suggest to avoid it

Very bad service and they think that they are the only rental office in dubai, i dont recommend anyone to deal with them and this is after a personal experience
