  They have the worst system for appointments, they will literally book 3 people in the same time and for every visit i wait 1 hour or more . Priority for who has appointment first , not for who comes first . Very disappointed, although the doctor is very good , i will have to change and find a better place .

  The most horrible clinic i have ever been to! Zero respect for time and appointments, even after they call you a minimum of 3 times to confirm your appointment. And also, expect to pay each and every time you visit!! I had a “follow up” to check if the medications are working well. I walked in, told the doctor every is working fine (literally spent about 7 minutes with her). No prescription, no nothing, and still had to pay a consultation fee! Never going back again!

  perfect experience every time, everyone is very nice, the technician Johna is amazing and very experienced and professional, the receptionist is sweet and always asks me how my service went and always calls me for my appointments. honestly one of the best clinics I've ever been to, plus 10/10 for cleanliness and ambiance. I've done a lot of laser hair removal and this is the best one yet. you see the difference from day one.✔✔✔✔✔

  Having visited the center recently, I am indeed fascinated with the service this medical center offers its patients! Their laser treatments and hydrafacials are worth trying not to forget to mention the helpful staff who carry these procedures. Furthermore, the doctor has a fascinating bed-side manner which creates a friendly atmosphere. I have been suffering from acne for years and thanks to Dr.Mona it is no longer an issue anymore. The receptionists are also welcoming and manage to book appointments and accomodate it according to my perfect time.

  I'm giving 2 stars just because of the philipino receptionist.. the lady has no idea how to talk.. she's mis manages the appointment & has no idea how to apologise.. the worse receptionist I have come in contact with..she promises that she'll call u back for appointment.. but she never..
  Otherwise Iran amazing clinic. Therapist/ the one doing laser including DR are very good n professional
