I needed root canal therapy but my tooth was difficult to get numb because it was infected. After two failed attempts by different dentists I was so scared and desperate. Dr Jasmin is so gentle and I did not feel anything. They are quite expensive but for me def worth it :)

I've had a phobia of dentists as long as I can remember which continued well into adulthood. All that changed after coming to Dr. Michael's and meeting Dr. Thomas whose been exceptional. I recently had 2 extractions done plus a root canal. As much as I was initially apprehensive about getting these treatments done, Dr. Thomas put me at ease with absolutely minimal discomfort. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an awesome dentist, he is your guy.

Wont go anywhere..!! Thankful to have a dentist and staff that cares for their patients. They will do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in to when you walk out the door. I had an issue with a tooth and they accommodated my request to be seen that day.

I have been coming to this practice for about 4 years, even though I no longer live near the area. They have always treated me very well. I have recommended them to family members. Fortunately I have never had to have anything more major than a filling done so my experience is limited on the whole to routine check ups and visits to the hygienist. Always polite and friendly.

Dr. Michael's replaced my front four teeth with crowns. They are absolutely perfect. He is very meticulous and precise. I have two friends having the same exact procedure done and they are very happy with the process. There just is not a better Dentist than Dr Michael's . The entire staff is friendly and professional.

I recently had orthodontics done by Dr. Teertha at Jumeirah Branch, and looking back on the treatment I received I have to reluctantly admit that I am disappointed with how the treatment went. Before I continue with this review I would just like to preface it by mentioning that myself, and my family, have attended Dr Michael's for many years and I am generally happy with the ordinary dental treatment we have there. This review regards orthodontics only.

When I initially started looking into braces, I was recommended to use Dr Teertha. I asked for the Damon system of braces specifically mentioning it. All seemed to be going well, but when I had the braces put on I didn't not realise at first that I had not received the Damon braces but ordinary ceramic braces. Okay, fine Not the end of the world although I had the suspicion that I had been deliberately ignored for the sake of the dentist's convinience.

I completed the ceramic braces treatment and at the end I was very unhappy and I refused to sign the form stating that the treatment was over. My teeth were still quite crooked. Not only that, but Dr Teertha had reshaped some of my teeth with a mixture of bonding and shaving off rough edges. She did not do this properly, leaving my front teeth looking very unequal. The top right front tooth looked absolutely perfect, but then she did not do the left one. I have no idea why. On the next visit, when I asked her if this could be rectified and she said, "that's not my job," but then did not refer me to anyone who could do it.

Because I had refused to sign the form stating I was happy with the treatment, I was kindly offered a complementary course of Invisalign braces. I refused to have the awful ceramic braces put back on. I accepted the Invisalign and that treatment went relatively well, apart from the fact that it did not correct the problems with the upper right side of my teeth. Dr Teertha also failed to shave enough off one of my front teeth for it to move into it's correct place fully.

On finishing this treatment, I was given retainers that were so painful that they were unwearable. I could not sleep with them in my mouth. I asked for them to be remade. Dr Teertha remade the top one, but not the bottom one. I ended up throwing them both in the bin. Now my teeth have moved back slightly and I'm looking for a new orthodontist in Dubai to fix the problems properly this time.

This whole experience has put me off the clinic so much I don't even want to go back for a check up. My advice would be to use this clinic for dental health related matters only but avoid having braces here. Though, I must add, that my sister had good results with Dr. Maysoon. She did not, however, have full orthodontics, just some general cosmetic corrections.

Do not under any circumstances pay for a long-term treatment in full upfront.

Went for an emergency root canal treatment with Dr Kavita - she was amazing!!! All pain gone and very quick proceedure. I was going on a 2 weeks holiday directly afterwards but had no troubles at all. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice!

It was my first and last visit.. was there for my cleaning/scaling, service was good but i would have appreciated if they were more honest about saada insurance, I was asked to pay full amount and was given a claim form, my bad I didn't know at the time that saada only works as direct billing and there's no pay and claim (reimbursement) thing whatsoever for saada.. Saada is widely used by us locals and the normal practice should be notifying patients of your payment practice upon scheduling appointments instead of ripping them off..

I have extracted two lower wisdom teeth with surgeon dr Walter Goriwoda, and he did an excellent job! He is very professional and thanks to his expertise, my swelling and pain was minimal and recovery very fast, mashallah. All other dentists I consulted before were telling me my case will be complicated, but dr Walter did the extraction very quickly and with no complications! I was so nervous about the whole procedure and postponed it for many years, but after the first surgery, I did the second one the next month because my fear was gone. Dr Walter explained to me the whole surgery process and talked me through it so I felt confident and relaxed as I knew whats happening. I have nothing but words of praise for this doctor and would highly recommend the clinic, specially dr Walter, to anyone who needs the best dental service in the Uae!

Considering the fees they charge, I must say that the service was extremely poor. Had a consultation with Dr David Donelson and felt extremely rushed, and left the clinic feeling like I need a second opinion and another consultation. Second experience with Dr Michaels clinic now, and It will be the last.

Dr.Michael's clinic is very neat and staff r all nice and got a good customer service. All dentists are experts and not grumpy. I never made a mistake going into this clinic.
