This tour can achieve guinness record as worst safari ever.
The car dropped us was old and not comfortable.

The staff are not friendly
We reach the camp to find out we have to pay for everything, fine seating, camel riding which suppose to be free.

The shows was fine but belly dancing were cancelled without prior notice.
The food quality is bad even we paid extra for the vip area.

They will charge you for everything, the falcon guy asked 250aed for taking 5 photos. The problem he mentioned that after we took the photos already so we were forced to pay the amount.

Once we reach the buggy riding they asked us to pay 1000aed for the buggy, after we paid again they asked 100aed to give us new one which is an obvious scam. We asked for receipt but they said the don't give.

On our way back driver almost slept while driving.

This is my 11th safari trip and I can say it was the worst night ever.

Not recommend, no customer service, no value for money.

Had to chase them on everything at every single stage of the process. Paid £1000 for 3 excursions, the service doesn’t reflect the price in any way. There are many other companies to use, best option to ask your hotel

For delay of 20 min they charged 50 AED extra which is no where mentioned in booking confirmation voucher nor when we contacted tour operator. Their tour guide blamed the country which is peaks of his stupidity. The food is awful. If they can't control the crowd They better should arrange for small groups of customers on one day. The dune bashing was even less than 3 min because I argued him about the excess money. He is literally begging for extra money. I don't want to mention the country of tour guide. Because he doesn't have morals to judge about a country but not me. I suggest all the customers better don't go for desert safari with this company for peace of mind and to get happy memories. Better book any other tour agency.

We had a wonderful time with our amazing guide, Nabil! He is extremely knowledgeable and kept us (and more importantly, our kids) engaged all day. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

I booked my transport package from them. Fake Promises, Bad destinations, Never recommend this website and name to anyone, They doing business and fool people. Charges are too high. Worst Experience of site seen with them in Dubai, Every buffet they offer as below quality.

If I had the choice to give them a 0 star I would, appalling service on the Abu Dhabi city tour, I suggest you save your money and go with a cheaper operator, Desert Adventures are overpriced and charge a premium but only provide standard, low quality service. We hardly got to spent any quality time at Abu Dhabi and the tour guide made us feel like we were kids on a school trip. I complained to Desert Adventures and was basically told that my opinion didn't matter! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Traveled to The UAE with Smart Tours. Our guide was Shirley Key. What an amazing adventure this was.We saw so much of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and learned a lot of history from our terrific guide. Shirley has lived in the Emirates for 33 years and has seen the countries develop. He told us so much about the culture and the lifestyle of the residents of the area, both the locals and the expats.. Am encouraging all my American friends to come visit.the area is well worth seeing, especially if you have a guide like we had.
