I just want to say that I went on a Desert Gate safari tour with our amazing guide Asif Khan. He was simply the best out of all the the other drivers out there. His tricks and skill made our tour that much more fun. He even took beautiful pictures of me and my family. Asif Khan you r the best.

If you do one thing in Dubai, do the Safari with them. Simply amazing.

Today we went as a family of 4 with 2 babies - 1st aged 18 months and 2nd 5 months.
We was instructed we needed to pay for our own private vehicle incase we didn’t want to do the sands dunes which obviously was more expensive for us but gave us peace of mind if the children didn’t enjoy it we didn’t have to suffer it for others and likewise others didn’t have to go without because of us.
Ayad was our tour guide and was excellent from the beginning, he arrived early and waited for us patiently. We obviously had lots to organise in the car which he helped with. He drove through to the beginning of the tour very safely and attentive even when our baby was unsettled in the back he wasn’t fussed.
When we got to the desert he trialled a few smaller sand dunes and asked us our preference, the babies seems to
Settle when we was going over all the bumps so we opted to go
For the sand bashing and he said if we change our mind at any point to let him know and we can change course. He was superb! Stopped for photos. When arrived at destination he was clear with instructions on what to do etc. he helped With prams, bags, even driving the car down to pick us up closer so we didn’t struggle with all our belongings at the end of the evening.
The night itself was excellent and if you are a vegetarian there is plenty of food options for you to enjoy aswell. The sellers are respectful if you say no. If you accept a head scarf you will be charged when you arrive at the shows just so you are aware.
The toilets and area were excellent and clean which is something I was really worried about. Toilet paper is provided and a shower if like our 1 year old decide to throw yourself around in the sand.
The camel rides are short which is fine by us as if it was too long I feel it would be cruel. Plenty of photo opportunities and excellent service.
On our return journey Ayad answered lots of questions about the city, the meanings behind things, places he would recommend, the king and his family… all of which was really interesting.

DUBAI, November 21, 2021.
Our Dubai Desert Gate guide (@dubaidesertgate), arrived 15 minutes early at our hotel.
Our guide spoke only English and was very attentive and personable throughout our Desert Safari tour.
We did almost 2 hours of walking on the desert sands, with a lot of adrenaline.
It was perfect!
Then we head to our Bedouin camp for our incredible gastronomic evening.
Everything was wonderful, appetizers, food, shows and the delicious Arab “fashion” dinner. These were incredible moments that we experienced.
Highlight for the Desert Gate Company, it was impeccable.
We even had an amazing full moon

what a joke ..the driver was continuously on his phone ,the desert was a dump site and the sand was hard pressed from the thousands of cars(2500cars ) ..what a waste of money

Really great experience! We have so much fun while in the dunes.
The company also provides rides with a very professional quadricycle driver. In the end of the safari you can enjoy a tradicional dinner and dance at their camp.

My crew had Abdul Bari as our man driving us for the desert activity. He was simply awesome. Friendly, fun, welcoming, that was a highlight of my Dubai trip. Go Bari I give you 140% entertainer of the month. If you want to have fun for the desert/safari tour, ask for to have Bari as your man. You will not regret. 👍👍👍

The transfers from and to the airport were excellent. Both drivers and cars were first class.
We were let down by our 'experienced advisor' who made no attempt to contact us
for the first three days. We had to contact him on the third day having to ring three times before making contact. We wanted to book a Dhow Cruise and were told he would meet us at 5pm on the day at our hotel to complete paperwork and make payment. A phone call from him that afternoon
telling us he was not coming but transport for the cruise would be at our hotel between 6.30pm and 7pm that evening and we were to pay the driver. We sat in the lobby waiting from 6.25pm until 7.25pm and nothing turned up and no-one made contact. We decided to abandon plans of a dhow cruise. We never saw or heard from our 'experienced advisor again.
Also we did not get any notification in writing (as stated) of our return transfer pick up time which should have been delivered to our room. It was left to us to ring Desert Gates office at 5pm the
day before we due to be picked up at 4.30am (not very professional)response / report this review -
