  hello,
  i just came back from a week stay in the UAE. i stayed at the beach hotel in Sharjah, and that was a great experience.then i moved to Reflections hotel in al Jaddaf, Dubai for the remainder of my stay.
  my experience with the staff at the reflections hotel was very bad. their service was very poor, they were rude and unprofessional. after only one day , i decided to leave the hotel because it was far from everything and i was spending too much money on taxis. i was told that i could not leave because i had a non refundable booking. i complained about the location ,but nobody even bothered to inform me that there was a metro nearby, and a shuttle from and to the hotel.i discovered that by myself.
  one night i came back a little late, and called the hotel for the shuttle. i called 22 times, and no answer.
  the day i was leaving a guest was having an argument with the staff about his bill. he was treated with so much disrespect. he was told first to leave if he was not happy, then a few seconds later , he was told that "this was not his house. and this was by an indian man who i believe was a supervisor.
  anyway, a great country to visit, but this hotel is way below the standards that any hotel should strive for
