Poor customer service.
It's a good showroom if you just want to check the cars out, but if you want to talk to a sales person its always difficult. No one approaches to ask if you need any help! Visited on a Friday and only noticed a single salesman (common on a Friday) for the showroom talking to a few customers. Waited for more than 20 mins for him to be free. However, once he was free just left the building without even asking a single customer if they needed help. Waste of time. There are better cars and salespeople out there. After sales service is pathetici have purchased car in 2014 and done maintainence from showroom for 4 yrs but till date they are not able to understand problem..

It’s a nice big and spacious showroom . The cars are parked in a way that the backs of the cars face you when you enter which is a major turn off. (Considering the cars don't look that great from the back).
The second one is that there is not price listing of the car in the showroom and to read the script on the cars information sheet you need a magnifying glass. The text is printed in such a small font and is really boring to read; meaning no decorations or graphics, just a table with car details.
The third problem is the place is so huge and if you want to ask for assistance, no one is near by and there is less staff for more space.
The place had the "new car smell" and it doesn't smell that nice either. I personally felt that the air conditioning was not on.
Reaching the place is also not that easy as you gave to park your car a bit far away and then walk, there is parking in front of the showroom but it is limited and you have to pay for it.response / report this review -
