Delight Int's Movers recently packed and moved the contents of my art studio from the UAE to the USA which included artworks and many other oddly sized items. I worked directly with Mr. Manoj who was very responsive at all times. Also, Int'l shipping can be very confusing with customs, etc. but Mr. Manoj was very clear about which forms I needed to complete. The company overall top to bottom, including the gentlemen who delivered the shipment to me were very professional and while I am still unpacking, everything as delivered appeared to be in very good condition. I think this is primarily because the crew that packed everything up in the UAE packed very well. I had several items that needed crates, so they fabricated them, no problem. I cannot say anything about price as my employer was obligated to pay for the move, but otherwise the highest marks on everything! Overall I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Delight!

Santosh and 5 of his colleagues came to drop of our shipment, with over 75 different boxes delivered they placed each items in the right rooms, had inventory, checklist to tick off. I can say all items were delivered with 99% boxes in fined condition, I think one was a little battered but I can live with that.

They fitted our bed, chairs and as a bonus one of the gentlemen kindly helped me unload my car with some items I had from my hotel.

All in all happy, and thank you.

We used Delight for our relocation from UK to Dubai, Delight were selected by the agent we used in the UK and I have to say we were extremely impressed with their services. Once our container had landed in the UAE the team at Delight kept us informed and made the process very simple (and quick). After clearance the container was brought to our new home and expertly unpacked. The team (and leader) who arrived were extremely helpful and careful (and understanding). We couldn't recommend them enough.

Highly recommend moving company. Great communication, resonable price and good quality of service. Delight moved our home from UAE to Northern Europe and all went well. Can recommend for above standard customer service and at least for us the best price of all well known companies in UAE.

We used Delight services even if they were more expensive than the competition hoping to get good quality.

As soon as the movers left we started noticing that the job was done poorly. Our things were literally thrown into the closets, our couch was not re-assembled properly and our mattress was damaged (we will need to buy a new one).

When we contacted Delight to complain, they sent over a team which fixed the couch and verified that the mattress was damaged and needed to be changed. After we followed-up they told us that they will not reimburse us as they are NOT INSURED.

Not only we paid more than market price but we also sustained damages that will not be compensated. Furthermore, a company should not operate without insurance, especially in a business like moving!

I strongly recommend that you do not use Delight and use a more professional firm.

We hired Delight Moving Services to move our house in November 2019. We chose to use the Delight brand because we had used their services on our previous move three years ago and at that time we found their services and their team to be competent and well priced. However, we did not receive such service with this move and, in fact, the moving team that was sent was unprofessional and damaged several items in the course of the move.

Actions included in the "unprofessional" behavior: lack of respect for our property; throwing and hiding things in piles inside of closets (something that went unnoticed until the following day); tossing a fully packed box of our things into the back corner of one of our terraces and leaving it there (unnoticed for several days); someone removed of one of our spray nozzles from one of our bathroom toilets (and WHY?) ; damage to our sofa; damage of our mattress; and finally, and most importantly, the lack of customer care in the damages that their team has done to our property.

We booked Delight because of our first experience with them and have, until now, recommended them to everyone we knew. With this service, and lack of customer care, we will never hire, nor recommend, Delight to anyone else we know.

Because of the lack of customer care in our case, we are now seeking legal counsel.

Beware. Go with another company.

If I could give ZERO starsthis would be a better assessment of my score.

Worst company to deal with ever. I wish there was zero rating. I had a shipment from abudhabi to beirut door to door service transportation as signed & claimed by them & when shipment arrived to beirut they claimed charges of port dues on destination country, shuttle service, & many other things,etc. Door to door is just a bluff, you will be stripped out of your money at a later stage. As per what they claim in the terms of their contract that port dues, shuttle service, & many other charges at destination are not included in the door to door service!!! No idea how they call it door to door service. So be ready to get all the surprises later on. I never expected such deceiving offers from a company who claim them selves to be proffesional & ask for premium price in the market. Add to that, Their represntative at destination country asked me to deliver the shipment at certain time suitable for them & claiming for money they paid to the port. I asked them to provide the receipts & rejected the delivery. One week later they provided the receipts which came in batches & have charged me additional cost as well claiming that i have caused the delay & they forgot the very simple reason that they are not supposed to deliver without providing me as a customer the receipts paid on my behalf to the port at first place. They lack a basic process apparently in their business model !!! Good luck working with them because it is a real nightmare.

The way of packing was excellent, reached all my belongings without any scratch. Moving of my hanged clothes without any single wrinkle was my first experience. Will recommend for sure.

very unprofessional approach to dealing with customers.
not flexible with timings. they need to start at 8 however, when asked ,unable to specify exact time of arrival of movers on moving date.
the most expensive out of 3 options.
certainly not recommended to deal with.

I wish there was a way to put a zero. Over a year on, I'm still trying to get them to pay out for damages to my items while shipping. They rarely answer emails. All fine if you have no damage but they don't seem to want to know you once they need to get the paperwork together for a claim.
