It's a great resort, decent price. The furniture pretty old and kinda gives the rooms a look of 3 stars hotel.
The lobby is huge and has everything you need.
The swimming pool is the best there, it's huge and like a water park.

    Amazing place.
    Excellent location.
    Clean hotel.
Above all that staff are welcoming.
One staff in room service team his name is (Annu) was able to make my experience more than excellent with his human touch, this guy is true gentleman, and he deserves to be promoted, such manners should be contagious to everyone around him.
Thank you Annu for your kindness with me and the family.

Good facilities, decent family place. BUTbook online. The hotel offer nothing but inflated prices to you direct. They'd have got four stars had they attempted value for money.

Excellent family oriented resort with well trained staff. They cater to all your whims and fancies. They do cater for the young at heart with a nightclub.

Clean and tidy hotel, has had its heyday but still very luxurious. All grounds immaculately attended to. Good choice of dining but we only used the Megiddingons bar (on an Irish theme). Very nice Guinness!

Over all enjoyed the stay at the facility. But, bit more effort by team and the management, hotel should have been more potential. There are lot of changes need on exterior.Pool and the Garden liked a lot:Kids had lords of fun at pool and play area.breakfast just ok,even lots variety was there, sausages was over cooked, buffet hot holding temperate wasn’t enough to keep the food warmer. Front office team has to be ready with all the details like Breakfast,Lunch and dinner packages.shouldn’t say no to the guest.will definitely come back, because house keeping and room services.their services was excellent.

The Danat has good adult/kids pools and a nice range of bars and restaurants. Go for the pizza in Luces and live music in Mc Gettigans.

The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing.Well designed inside out however Oasis cafe needs some improvement as the Turkish coffee was not even close to the traditional one, also the menu is not accurate as what I received was lacking of all the details what was mentioned in the description. When we questioned it we were said that “no it doesn’t come with this and no it’s not like that” even if the menu clearly describes the food.Very disappointing BUT the waiter was really helpful and tried his best to complete my order and make it come true. All credit goes for him!!!

Photos look much better than actual experience. Old resort, not too kids friendly, better suited for adults. Gym mostly locked, have to get that opened on requests.

Our second visit and surely not our last!
The place was full this time around. But service was just as good as ever. Staff are friendly and service is quick.
There is a shopping place close by so don't worry for supplies.
Kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. We enjoyed the sauna, steam, jacuzzi and the splash pool.
The separate olympic sized pool was amazing too.
Can't wait to be here again!

This is not a 5 star hotel. The carpet in the hotel rooms are filthy. The toilet barely flushed causing the bathrooms to reap of old urine. The hallways on all floors were Smokey. The family pool closed at 7:30pm, which is too early because in the desert most people come out in the evening. The buffet food looked dry and unpleasing to the eye. I had to request face towels every night. My room had ants crawling above the headboard and on the bed. They did change my room, but put another guest in the same room later that night. My room was not serviced one day. The food from the pub was mediocre. The room and hotel is outdated and need to be modernized.

To me this resort should not be categorised as 5 star. Firstly, the hotel is quite old and the rooms aren't big enough compare to other hotel of same category. Secondly, room carpet wasn't cleaned as it should be. Thirdly, it took 2 hours for me to check in. Long queue was there at the reception with absolute chaos.
    However, breakfast was awesome.

The place has a dated look maybe got the 5 stars 20 years ago.
However, the rooms are large, airy and clean very comfortable. The pool was nice and the lap pool is a welcome luxury for serious swimmers.
Staff was polite and helpful (The saving grace of the facility). Full marks to them.

Restaurants were ok. Breakfast is good to have on the first day, but the menu was more or less unchanged for the 3 days we stayed there.
Tanjore ( their Indian restaurant) was ok, however the biryani was far from perfect, served mushy almost like baby food.
The highlight was the terrible pastry shop. The cakes were the awful no wonder they go for half price after 10!!
