  The worst of all developers in UAE. I bought a flat in Damac Heights and management did NOT allow my assistant to rent it. They asked for POA. Haha. POA for viewing. I sold the flat. Never invest in Damac.

  My advise for any investor: DO NOT be trapped!! This is the worst firm to invest with, I have been waiting for the handover of my unit since “Oct. 2019”… No response to calls or email.. and no one to help from Dubai government… my simple advice; THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU INVEST in Dubai or with DAMAC… Wish I can give less than a star!!!

  Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I have lived in 4 countries and been to over 30 countries. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost, you will regret it like I did. Despite all the negative feedback and complaints I heard about Damac I thought I will give them a chance since the apartment I was moving into was a 5 star hotel residence, how wrong was I. Zero professionalism, Zero customer service, Zero competency and even after escalations to their GM who confirmed via email their facility management team still managed to somehow mess up. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  Just had the most awful 30 seconds conversation with a real state person. After waiting for him to be ready. The person was unapologetic and rude. Asked dead end questions with no interest to make me want to continue - I had to stand up and leave.
  
  The promoter was excellent, she managed to get me to sit down and was very enthusiastic.
