I hired Artismedia to help me implement Salesforce, and was quite impressed with the job they did. When I had questions or concerns, they were quick to answer my calls and emails. I was very happy with the little in-person training that was done for me and my users. They made sure to address all of our questions. The thing I was most impressed with was they knew and were able to train us to help my company with our sales process. Not the industry's sales process, not a random sales process, but our own sales process. They really did their homework with this one.

The Artismedia team was able to explain things clearly to our not-so technical team. Many times they went above and beyond to help me and most importantly our customer. This integration was a huge decision and change for my business! The process was smooth, many relevant questions were asked and after a short while a bid was presented to me. The proposal included not only website design and development but also included recommendations to integrate an e-commerce into the mix. This is something I didn't think about, but was a great proposition as managing the incoming customers and automating communication with them was something I wanted to do for a long time.

I must say that so far I am very happy with the marketing performance from Artismedia on behalf of my business. The team was helpful and the experience of connecting and trading was seamless. Dealing with them has allowed me to have the disciplined needed in order to step into the crypto payments safely. The high-visibility website that I had ordered for my company was perfect, and was a big hit to our goal of getting some brand recognition. The team was the most helpful and accommodating team I think I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Artismedia are people sent from heaven brought down to earth. I was looking for a place that can help me with e-commerce and web issues this was the place to be. Constantine and his team are superior and were very reassuring (I knew whatever task I had them do, would be done). Hopefully in the future, I am able to continue to grow my business and further expand to different areas and I know with the help of this guys I will be able to do so.

The new era brings new technology into our lives. And this time my business needed to add the ability to pay in cryptocurrency. I'm not very good at that, so I had to look for companies willing to help me with that. Artismedia managed to come up with some great options for my website with reasonable prices. Thanks to the whole team for this result, and special thanks to Constantine for his help and coordination.
